           𝑯𝑬'𝑺  𝑺𝑶  𝑻𝑰𝑹𝑬𝑫  .  𝑻𝑯𝑬  𝑺𝑯𝑰𝑭𝑻  at  the  brew  wasn’t  hard  at  all  ,  but  the  dance  practice  for  the  upcoming  festival  was  hell  .  mostly  because  some  of  the  guys  were  dancing  like  they  had  two  left  feet  instead  of  one  .  it’s  safe  to  say  that  after  having  to  start  the  choreo  for  the  fifth  time  ,  honey  gave  up  and  decided  to  call  it  a  day  .  the  perks  of  being  the  leader  ,  he  supposes  .  opening  the  front  door  ,  he  gets  inside  the  house  and  quickly  takes  off  his  shoes  ,  listening  for  any  kind  of  activity  .  it’s  way  too  quiet  and  honey  tries  not  to  think  at  what’s  worse  .  ‘  bunnie  ??  are  you  home  ??  ’  stopping  into  the  livingroom  ,  he  places  down  his  backpack  ,  deciding  to  sit  on  the  couch  for  a  few  moments  .  ‘  come  downstairs  if  you  hear  me  .  we  need  to  decide  on  what  i’m  cooking  for  dinner  !!  ’  it’s  her  turn  to  make  the  choices  ,  a  thing  they  decided  a  long  time  ago  just  so  that  everyone  can  be  pleased  with  the  food  .

           𝑯𝑼𝑴𝑴𝑰𝑵𝑮  𝑺𝑶𝑭𝑻𝑳𝒀  ,  𝑯𝑬  𝑳𝑶𝑶𝑲𝑺  𝑰𝑵𝑻𝑶  the  mirror  once  ,  turns  around  and  checks  it  again  ,  as  if  the  way  the  skirt  looks  on  him  would  change  if  if  keeps  staring  at  it  .  sunny  huffs  loudly  ,  opening  the  door  to  the  changing  room  and  looking  at  xav  with  a  small  frown  on  his  pretty  face  .  ‘  you  know  ,  it  would  be  so  much  easier  if  you’d  just  get  in  here  .  but  either  way  ,  what  do  you  say  ??  i  think  it  looks  weird  on  my  ass  .  ’  and  with  that  ,  he  turns  around  so  the  other  can  have  a  look  ,  his  own  head  turned  to  look  over  his  shoulder  ,  still frowning  ,  still  being  a  little  drama  queen  .

           𝑾𝑰𝑻𝑯  𝑯𝑰𝑺  𝑯𝑨𝑵𝑫𝑺  𝑭𝑼𝑳𝑳  𝑶𝑭  bags  ,  sunny  stops  when  he  reaches  jimi’s  apartment  ,  knocking  a  few  times  ,  before  taking  out  his  phone  and  checking  his  social  media  accounts  .  he  posted  some  pictures  earlier  from  his  shopping  spree  and  is  curious  to  see  the  reactions  .  after  that  ,  while  still  waiting  for  his  friend  to  open  the  door  ,  he  texts  his  brother  ,  asking  what  would  he  like  for  dinner  .  when  that  is  done  too  and  jimi  still  hasn’t  opened  yet  ,  sunny  whines  ,  knocking  again  ,  a  pout  on  his  rosy  lips  .  ‘  jimi  if  you’re  still  sleeping  ,  so  help  me  god  i  will  cry  !!  ’  always  the  drama  queen  ,  sunny  tries  to  look  through  the  peephole  ,  as  if  it  works  that  way  .

Jae let his best friend ruffle his hair,  smiling before holding Honey’s hand on his as they talked. “We definitely do! I feel that it’s my fault, being so busy with finals and work I’m sorry. But don’t pout! I’ve had all my exams now so we can hang out anytime! I have a lot to update you on. Might need some advice, even.” The barista admitted, thinking about his whole situation with Perri. “I was joking, I picked this gift especially for you. Wanna see the look on your face when you open it.” The blue haired male remarked, grinning. “No, stop. You’ll make me blush. I honestly don’t know what I did to deserve you. You’re too good to me.” As Honey agreed to help with the drink Jae was working on, he nodded. “Wait here! I’ll be right back.” And then he went to the kitchen to get it ready.  

          𝑯𝑬𝑨𝑹𝑰𝑵𝑮  𝑻𝑯𝑨𝑻  𝑯𝑰𝑺  𝑩𝑬𝑺𝑻  𝑭𝑹𝑰𝑬𝑵𝑫  was  free  again  and  that  they  could  soon  go  back  to  spending  more  time  together  made  honey  to  smile  wide  ,  expression  lighting  up  at  the  news  .  ‘  of  course  !!  you  know  i  will  always  be  here  for  you  when  you  need  advice  ,  jaejae  .  ’  he  nodded  ,  head  tilting  to  one  side  as  he  listened  to  the  other  ,  chuckling  as  he  was  told  about  the  gift  .  ‘  how  lucky  we  are  then  ,  because  blushy  jaehyun  it’s  just  the  cutest  .  ’  chuckling  softly  ,  the  young  man  poked  his  best  friend’s  cheek  and  then  nodded  ,  licking  his  lips  .  ‘  wait  !!  i’m  going  with  you  ,  because  i  need  to  get  started  on  the  cupcakes  too  !!  ’  honey  exclaimed  ,  following  jae  into  the  kitchen  since  there  was  already  someone  there  to  take  care  of  the  counter  and  clients  .

“I’ll call you cute whenever you want, babe.” Yes, Honey kissing it better was absolutely what Atlas wanted, and the other was fully aware of it. The teasing caused him to smile fondly, leaning with his back against the counter as he watched Honey take off their apron. With how busy the Brew had been lately, Atlas had finally been allowed near the coffee machine to assist with simple orders. A level of responsibility the manager would probably regret to give him later. Still, when Honey asked the pink haired male to make him a drink, who was he to say no? “Depends how you want to pay for it,” he teased, shooting a wink at his friend even though he’d already moved to find a coffee cup for his order. 

          𝑻𝑯𝑬  𝑺𝑴𝑰𝑳𝑬  𝑫𝑰𝑹𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑬𝑫  𝑨𝑻  𝑯𝑰𝑴  had  honey  grinning  sweetly  ,  his  cheeks  flushing  just  a  little  because  let’s  be  real  now  ,  who  didn’t  like  having  someone’s  attention  on  them  ??  not  to  mention  ,  honey  wasn’t  blind  or  indifferent  in  front  of  atlas’  flirting  .  hearing  the  younger’s  words  made  the  smaller  male  giggle  ,  a  relaxed  expression  on  his  face  .  and  he  figured  --- -  since  the  coffee  shop  was  mostly  empty  ,  he  could  go  ahead  and  pay  atlas  for  his  services  .  that’s  why  ,  without  saying  anything  ,  honey  moved  behind  him  ,  arms  wrapping  around  the  taller’s  body  ,  hands  resting  on  his  chest  as  he  pressed  his  own  chest  against  his  back  ,  pushing  himself  up  on  his  tiptoes  so  his  chin  could  rest  against  atlas’  shoulder  .  ‘  is  this  a  good  payment  ??  ’

It was usual for Atlas to be on his phone when he was supposed to be serving customers. Something he’d been in trouble for many times, however there were no customers so… He was going to check his snapchats. The pink haired male was sure if someone came into the store he’d notice and put it away in time. But the universe had other plans for him as he felt someone tug at his hair, and ready to throw hands with the customer who dared touch him when he realised exactly who it was. Don’t get him wrong, he’d still throw hands with Aurora if given the chance. But he guessed he’d go easy on her, if he had to. “Oh, wow…” He exhaled in a monotone voice, dropping his cracked iPhone into his apron pocket. “It’s cute you think I know your usual. Bitch, I don’t even know mine.” Laughing, Atlas took his Deja Brew hat off the counter where it had been resting, running a hand through his messy hair before placing it back on top of his head.

           𝑮𝑰𝑽𝑰𝑵𝑮  𝑯𝑰𝑴  𝑨  𝑩𝑶𝑹𝑬𝑫  𝑳𝑶𝑶𝑲  ,  aurora  sighed  out  loud  ,  wondering  how  did  her  brother  manage  to  turn  into  the  annoying  little  shit  he  was  today  .  ‘  you  do  realize  i’m  still  your  older  sister  ,  right  ??  so  before  you  start  making  me  a  matcha  green  tea  latte  ,  i  suggest  you  go  to  the  bathroom  and  wash  that  mouth  with  some  soap  before  i  do  it  for  you  .  ’  usually  ,  she  wouldn’t  have  minded  any  of  his  shenanigans  ,  but  today  aurora  was  just  ...  tired  .  looking  after  20  toddlers  wasn’t  exactly  easy  ,  not  even  on  her  very  best  days  ,  so  one  could  only  imagine  how  hard  it  was  on  a  bad  day  .

Grocery shopping was one of Beau’s least favorite things to do. He just wanted to go inside, tick the things off that were written on his list, and leave. The cop has much better things to do with his time than compare brands of ketchup. For some reason, his little brother lately had been insisting on tagging along, which seemed to make the whole trip last twice as long. Although, he wasn’t sure if that was because of his actions, or the fact he’s just so fucking annoying. At his brother’s comment he put down the jar of salsa he’d been holding, staring at him deadpan as he spoke. “Could be worse, at least I’ll be taller than that old man.” Looking Sunny up and down, he poked his tongue out before dumping the original jar he’d been holding into their cart.

           𝑹𝑶𝑺𝒀  𝑳𝑰𝑷𝑺  𝑨𝑹𝑬  𝑷𝑼𝑹𝑺𝑬𝑫  𝑶𝑼𝑻  in  a  pout  when  his  brother  finally  looks  at  him  ,  and  he  blinks  innocently  ,  just  like  a  toddler  would  do  if  they  would  want  something  .  sunny  isn’t  sure  what  he  wants  ,  but  if  he  gets  to  annoy  beau  in  the  process  ,  he  will  take  it  .  only  because  it’s  fun  to  watch  his  brother  getting  annoyed  .  ‘  didn’t  you  know  that  most  people  lose  their  height  when  they  grow  old  ??  something  about  the  posture  of  their  backs  .  and  your  posture  sucks  .  i’ve  seen  you  sitting  on  the  couch  and  torturing  your  poor  spine  before  ,  so  i  wouldn’t  count  of  being  a  giraffe  for  much  longer  .  ’  he  replies  ,  posing  for  beau  the  moment  he  sees  his  eyes  looking  him  over  ,  a  snort  rolling  off  of  his  tongue  .

           𝑪𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑹𝑰𝑵𝑮  𝑯𝑰𝑺  𝑻𝑯𝑹𝑶𝑨𝑻  ,  𝑯𝑬  𝑳𝑬𝑻𝑺  out  a  loud  sigh  ,  dramatic  expression  on  as  he  looks  at  his  brother  ,  currently  busy  studying  the  ingredients  of  something  he  wants  to  buy  .  it’s  shopping  day  ,  and  sunny  insists  always  to  keep  beau  company  --- -  mostly  because  the  older  can’t  remember  his  favorite  sour  jellies  and  everytime  he  comes  home  with  something  completely  different  .  ‘  if  you  don’t  hurry  up  ,  we’re  gonna  look  like  that  old  man  soon  ,  beau  .  ’  he  whispers  ,  pointing  at  the  said  old  man  who  is  picking  products  a  few  steps  away  from  them  and  part  of  him  is  ready  to  snatch  the  damned  thing  out  of  his  brother’s  hands  and  throw  it  into  the  cart  ,  just  so  he  could  leave  that  aisle  and  go  get  the  things  he  wants  .  but  he  behaves  ,  despite  how  much  distress  that  brings  him  .

Jae’s smile widened into a boxy grin when his friend kissed his cheek. They had seen each other three days ago but he had still missed Honey while they were apart. “I’m not complaining, got to see you sooner than I was expecting, that’s always good!” He replied, chuckling softly as his hair was ruffled up. “I guess I can keep your gift safe until the next time you come over. But if it takes too long I’m keeping it instead.” The barista teased, in a playful tone. “And since you’re here to help out today, wanna try this new signature drink I’m working on? I’ll need an honest opinion!”

          𝑯𝑶𝑵𝑬𝒀  𝑾𝑨𝑺  𝑮𝑹𝑨𝑻𝑬𝑭𝑼𝑳  𝑭𝑶𝑹  𝑴𝑨𝑵𝒀  of  the  things  he  had  in  life  ,  but  mostly  ,  he  was  grateful  for  his  friends  .  jae  always  managed  to  make  him  feel  better  ,  even  on  the  days  where  his  mood  was  really  low  .  smiling  fondly  at  the  taller  male  ,  honey  reached  to  ruffle  his  hair  ,  before  taking  a  step  back  ,  making  sure  there  was  no  customers  waiting  in  line  for  them  to  finish  .  but  in  that  moment  ,  the  shop  was  mostly  empty  and  so  was  the  street  outside  .  ‘  we  need  to  make  plans  to  see  each  other  when  we’re  not  working  too  ,  because  lately  i  feel  like  we  didn’t  properly  hang  out  at  all  .  ’  lips  pursing  into  a  small  pout  ,  the  young  man  chuckled  .  ‘  it’s  alright  ,  i  don’t  mind  if  you  keep  it  .  i  have  you  and  that  means  more  than  any  present  in  this  world  !!  ’  he  replied  ,  giving  him  a  quick  nod  .  ‘  of  course  !!  let  me  know  when  it’s  ready  .  ’

It wasn’t uncommon for Atlas to be playing music at work, insisting his taste in music was better than everyone that was working. Most of his music that he played consisted of k-pop girl groups, but he didn’t really care, knowing that the people he worked with needed to appreciate the work that went into them to produce bangers like they did. Everglow was on his playlist today, and he grinned at the comment that came from the other as he watched then place pastries into the cabinet for the next customers that came along. “No, you’re pretty cute all the time. But more cute when you’re concentrating. And don’t think I don’t know what you’re doing,” the younger smiled, licking over his lips. “If you don’t know that I think you’re cute all the time, that means you haven’t been listening. Which means I’m hurt.”

          𝑭𝑬𝑰𝑮𝑵𝑰𝑵𝑮  𝑰𝑵𝑵𝑶𝑪𝑬𝑵𝑪𝑬  ,  𝑯𝑶𝑵𝑬𝒀  𝑩𝑨𝑻𝑻𝑬𝑫  𝑯𝑰𝑺  eyelashes  at  the  younger  ,  before  laughing  .  ‘  aww  ,  don’t  be  hurt  .  should  i  kiss  it  better  ,  then  ??  ’  he  couldn’t  help  but  tease  atlas  ,  finding  cute  his  reactions  .  ‘  maybe  i  just  like  hearing  you  calling  me  cute  ,  did  you  ever  think  about  that  ??  ’  with  a  wink  ,  he  finally  straightened  his  back  ,  finishing  his  task  and  placing  the  tray  down  just  so  he  could  take  off  the  gloves  he  was  wearing  .  honey  sighed  softly  ,  moving  to  get  rid  of  his  apron  .  ‘  can  you  make  me  a  vanilla  late  with  almond  milk  ,  please  ??  ’  honey  asked  ,  quickly  placing  the  tray  and  the  other  things  on  a  table  in  the  back  .

          𝑷𝑼𝑺𝑯𝑰𝑵𝑮  𝑯𝑬𝑹  𝑯𝑨𝑰𝑹  𝑩𝑨𝑪𝑲  ,  𝑨𝑼𝑹𝑶𝑹𝑨  walked  inside  the  shop  ,  looking  around  quickly  ,  a  habit  she  couldn’t  really  get  rid  of  ,  no  matter  how  much  she  tried  .  with  a  small  sigh  ,  she  placed  her  bag  down  at  a  table  close  to  the  counter  and  moved  closer  to  it  ,  eyes  spotting  a  well  known  pink  hair  .  carefully  not  to  knock  something  down  ,  the  young  woman  leaned  over  the  counter  and  gently  tugged  at  her  bother’s  hair  ,  before  resting  her  chin  in  one  hand  .  ❝  honestly  ,  how  are  they  still  keeping  you  around  ??  i’m  surprised  you  haven’t  been  fired  yet  .  ❞  aurora  snorted  ,  tilting  her  head  slightly  .  ❝  i  want  my  usual  order  ,  please  .  but  with  two  butter  croissants  instead  of  one  .  today  ,  if  you  will  .  ❞
