he nods, grasping joseph’s wrist and pulling him, leading him down the hall while still kissing him. it’s slightly aggressive, though it isn’t of much concern to robert. his back hits the door and he pauses, pulling away briefly. ❛ here ?? ❜ the question is breathy, and the second he stops speaking lips reconnect.

one hand trails down the other’s body, reaching for his own belt and swiftly undoing it. fluidly he removes it, throwing it aside and making a mental note to remember it later. fingers undo the button on his jeans, sliding up joseph’s thigh to help him undo his belt. the weight of robert’s body pushes joseph backwards, and the older leans on top of him, hand falling from the other’s neck to support himself against the counter. mouths are interlocked, and his voice is a breath whisper as he asks,  ❛ want to move ?? ❜

there’s no need for formalities ━ joseph made the first move, and robert is pulling the other man closer, one hand cupping the back of his head. the height difference proves a challenge, momentarily, until robert positions them against the wall, hoisting robert upwards. he feels the other male’s hands at his belt, and a slight chuckle slips from his lips, pressed against joseph’s mouth. ❛ ━ need some help ?? ❜

a half-tilt of his head at the words coming from the other’s mouth, and robert’s lips curl slightly. ❛ ━ we can cut the shit and get straight to the point, if that’s what you want. ❜ robert deadpans, eyes drifting to the other male’s crotch before tracing the rest of joseph’s body. ❛ let’s begin. ❜

robert smiles, slightly. ❛ ━ how’ve you been, joseph ?? ❜ the conversation is awkward, and robert enters the house stiffly.

         A swig of the drink is taken, dark brows brought together after hearing his own reasoning.  ❛  So, you wanted to be, like, an astronaut? That’s hot!  ❜  Filter, she should probably look into that.  ❛  But principal’s not that bad, either. Lots of girls have that whole ‘ I wanna get fucked on a desk to get out of detention ’ – type fantasy, you know? You did alright. ❜ She finishes with a shrug, allowing herself another sip of alcohol. 

     ❝ it’s not just my imagination, estrada. it’s what happens every day. you know the statistics: homicide, suicide. people love murder. and gore, definitely the gore is important. so you’re one of the good ones. may the force be with you would’ve been a good principal slogan. the vest? isn’t that all you teachers wear, anyways? that and striped socks. ❞

      ❝ doctor? standard costume. and you’re safe to give off weirdly sexual vibes. are you at least planning on adding some fake blood? what about a doctor who couldn’t handle an operation gone wrong and took the knife in his own hands. drip drop, all over the floor. or you could go as han solo. classic, but still widely popular. ❞

         Beatrice shrugs in response. The inquiry wasn’t one she was unfamiliar with. In fact, about a dozen of people had asked it in the past. However, her answer was hardly ever someone had expected from someone who’ve spent years academically preparing themselves for the part.  ❛  Middle school’s probably the worst of ANYONE’S life, you know? I want a re-do. Or, at least, guide someone through those EXCRUCIATING years of poor decision making & fashion don’t’s. Plus kids like me. I’m FUN.  ❜  She pauses, bringing her glass to rose-tinted lips.  ❛  Let me guess… you ALWAYS dreamt of budgeting for the local high school.  ❜  

❛ Free of charge — just interested in getting more kids to want to help others. The hospital has internships and residencies too, so that’s definitely a plus to advertise. I’m sure some of them are taking it for credit, but — better to bore the masses and affect someone who’s going to go on and do great things! I’m on staff Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, so absolutely any time on any other days —- it’ll be good to have something to do that’s not part of the routine! ❜

         Beatrice nods, a smile spread across tan features.  ❛  So you DO remember me!  ❜  The words were spoken with a little more pride than necessary. After all, the circumstances weren’t exactly the most impressive.  ❛  Hey, always wanted to ask you this– do you actually do ANYTHING? No offence or whatever. Because if being a principal is all about wearing a suit & talk into the PA system– and NOTHING else, I might just scrap the whole TEACHER thing. Future middle school teach right here, bee tee dubs. Totally got what it takes to shape today’s youth. And earn jack-shit. Real dream come true, actually.  ❜

          A scoff leaves the brunette, eyebrows raised as amusement spreads across tan features.  ❛  Yeah, that one really SUCKED.  ❜  The younger spoke, an attempt to ease the tension: couldn’t be easy– running into someone you used to throw in detention. Maybe even less so the person who subjected you to two hours of STARING at a wall every other Saturday.  ❛  Don’t worry… Vampire puns aren’t my thing either. I’m more of a zombie type gal. Just something about cannibalism, y’know? I mean, isn’t that like what EVERY girl wants– just, someone to eat her out?  ❜  Tris has never been known to be especially withdrawn, or classy for that matter, though speaking sexual innuendos to her old principal might just take the cake.

         Beatrice had attempted to keep her girlfriend off her mind for the past couple of weeks, and though she thought Joe’s might be the best place for just that – the older’s question proved her wrong.  ❛  Me? No … Definitely not. My, uh – my FRIENDS do.  ❜  Her emphasis on friends come natural, and she’s not quite sure why.  ❛  And you might recognise me from the time you handed me my DIPLOMA. Might’ve been like … five, or six, years ago – but I’d like to think I’m an AGELESS creature. Kind of like a vampire but without the trail of bodies left behind.  ❜

❛ You know, if you ever wanted, I could come and talk about nursing and health and all the 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 jazz one of my off days. I went in the first week over at the elementary school and taught them CPR and how to use first aid kits. You can never start too young! Obviously I’d age it up a bit, maybe talk about jobs in the field; but if you think the kids might be 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 … ❜
