Esplosionz!

Have you seen Monsters? Let me save you the trouble. Here's it in a nutshell:

 Two inane characters go on an utterly boring journey. There just happen to be aliens...somewhere...but rarely on camera. There is, however, plenty of 'artsy' shots looking over people's shoulders, rubbish lying around...oh look, a window. My oh my, is that a tree? Hmm, the sky looks nice today. Let's film that for 10 minutes.

This photo was taken in Glasgow as all the commuters left their neglected bicycles behind.

I've never liked mimes, but I was walking down the street the other day when a group of mimes who were standing outside of a pub with beers in their hands yelled, "Wow! You're smoking hot."

"Smoking hot." repeated the mime beside him.

"Like, American hot." said the third mime. (Apparently, American hot is its own category.)

So, of course, I said, "Erm, thank you, but...aren't mimes supposed to be silent?"

I got no response.

I can't tell if I won that conversation, or...lost somehow.

No matter how stressed I am. No matter what's going on in my life.
