I was writing and realized I needed a list of the alliances between Daedric Princes, so I went to UESP and made one. Then I realized I needed a better way of visualizing the relationships, so I made some relationship charts. Maybe someone else will find this useful.
Charts 1 and 2 contain relationships between the traditional sixteen Daedric Princes and Lorkhan.
Charts 3, 4, and 5 contain relationships between the traditional sixteen Daedric Princes, Lorkhan, Ebonarm, and Jyggalag.
Red relationships are for enemies, green relationships are for allies. Solid lines are for relationships confirmed by UESP, and the one dotted line is for a headcanon I just can’t seem to give up.

Vaermina: Enemy of Ebonarm, Boethiah, Peryite, and Hermaeus Mora, but allied with Sanguine.
Sanguine: He is known to be allied with Vaermina, and is probably allied with Mephala because he created the Threads of the Webspinner for her. His enemies are Ebonarm and the Benevolence of Mara. (I personally also see him as BFFs with Sheogorath, but that’s probably just me.)
Hermaeus Mora: Sibling of Mephala. His enemies are Ebonarm and Vaermina.
Meridia: Enemy of Molag Bal and Ebonarm and all the Divines. Her champion is Umaril the Unfeathered, sworn enemy of Pelinal Whitestrake.
Azura: One of the Three Good Daedra, she is allied with Mephala and Boethiah, and sometimes Molag Bal. She is considered an enemy of Ebonarm and Nocturnal, and the Khajiit say she is the rival of Nirn.
Peryite: His enemies are Ebonarm, Vaermina, and Mephala.
Nocturnal: Enemy of Azura and Ebonarm
Clavicus Vile: Enemy of Ebonarm. Sheogorath dislikes Barbas and plans to kill him with hemlock.
Mephala: Sibling of Hermaeus Mora, and one of the Three Good Daedra, Mephala is allies with Azura and Boethiah, as well as Malacath. Probably allied with Sanguine because he gave her the Threads of the Webspinner. Mephala’s enemies include Ebonarm, Molag Bal and Peryite.
Namira: Enemy of Ebonarm. The Khajiit hold her to have a connection with Lorkhan. Generally at odds with Arkay.
Molag Bal: Archenemy of Boethiah. Other enemies are Ebonarm, Meridia, and Mephala, and is sometimes allied with Azura.
Sheogorath: Dislikes Barbas. Potential enemy of all other Daedric Princes, and more specifically Malacath (because of his treatment of Malacath’s son), Mehrunes Dagon (because of the Champion of Cyrodiil and the Oblivion Crisis), and Hircine (because of the Spear of Bitter Mercy). (I personally can’t see him as anything other than BFFs with Sanguine, but that’s probably just me.)
Mehrunes Dagon: Enemy of Ebonarm. Potential enemy of Sheogorath.
Malacath: Allied with Mephala. His enemies are Ebonarm, and Boethiah. Potential enemy of Sheogorath due to Sheogorath’s treatment of Malacath’s son.
Hircine: Enemy of Ebonarm. Potential enemy of Sheogorath (because of the Spear of Bitter Mercy).
Boethiah: One of the Three Good Daedra, Boethiah’s allies are Mephala and Azura. Boethiah is also said to be allied with the Temple of Stendarr. Archenemy of Molag Bal, and enemy of Ebonarm, Vaermina, and Peryite. Potential enemy of Malacath. Boethiah was in love with Lorkhan.
Jyggalag: Enemy of every Daedric Prince.
Ebonarm, because he keeps showing up: Ebonarm is a defunct god from Daggerfall, a God of War, and enemy to every Daedric Prince except Sheogorath. I personally like the theory that he used to be a god, but his worship fell to the wayside until he no longer had any followers, thus killing him.
