You deserve a better life, a safer life.

I love you.

She whispers to herself, “it’ll be okay,” as she slowly broke down into pieces. Tears being pushed back as her heart tore in two. A silent mouth but screaming in sorrow inside. She is not okay.

So many words racing in my head. I stay up at night and can't go to bed. I just can't ever find the right words to be said. So those words just stay in my head.

Sometimes I feel unseen. My actions unseen. My eyes screaming "I'm not okay" is unseen. My wants unseen. I am unseen.

Happiness to me was getting married, having kids and having a well paid job. Happiness now is being my true self whenever and wherever. That’s all owed to you. My happiness isn’t you, but because of you.

As I stared more and more, I realized that I too am now free.
