Love this project.
I've seen two doppelgangers of myself in my lifetime. Once at the beach, there was a girl who was a shorter, plumper version of myself, but who shared the same facial features & side profile.
Another was on an archeology documentary about Atlantis. I took a photo of the screen as I watched and sent it to some friends, who all thought it was me.
The series is by Francois Brunelle. More images can be viewed here.

Advertisers are perplexed and a little angst-y. I know this, because I work in advertising. Wait. Don’t stop reading because I admitted tha…
My life.
i've been online since 1994 in some capacity.
got my first hotmail account in 1997.
started using icq, forums, and (java, web-based) chat rooms the same year.
played around with geocities (r.i.p.) in 1997 & 1998, creating personal home pages.
joined livejournal in 1999 and used it until around 2005. started using mirc in 1999 as well.
in 2000, msn messenger all-but replaced icq in my life.
then i started blogging at blogger in 2002. (i had really already been blogging for 3 years at livejournal!)
i uploaded my first photo to flickr on november 30, 2004.
in 2005 i joined the body modification site bmezine's social network, iam. i also signed up to bootsnall - a travel resource and sns - and changed over to gmail.
i briefly had a myspace account in 2006 before deleting it (or never signing in again, i forget which) because i found it too hectic and messy.
i got facebook in 2007 whilst backpacking in europe as a way to keep in touch with the people i met. i also moved my blog over to wordpress, and got my first iphone, which i promptly "lost" (i.e. left it in the glovebox of my car where it slipped between the pages of my owner's manual, undetected for 9 months.)
in 2008, twitter crept into my life, where it's firmly remained ever since, eventually becoming my platform of choice. i also got a youtube account, which i very rarely use.
in 2010 i got my second iphone.
in 2011 i joined linkedin and academia (the academic social network site).
in 2012 i joined instagram, but it took a while to get going. having already been on flickr for 9 years, i've never really seen the point of uploading photos to multiple platforms - although now i do quite like instagram and use it daily. i switched to android at the end of the year and won't be going back to iphone.
along the way, there have been other sites to which i have been committed on a variety of levels: goodreads, delicious, last.fm, spotify, posterous (r.i.p.), google+, youtube, pinterest, and now tumblr - although i must admit that i set up this account many years ago and never used it.
(and also the accounts i've joined just for research or to see what they're like: the new myspace is a good example. logged in once, don't see how it could possibly have a use in my life.)
let's see how it goes, shall we?
