Its the same shirt. but yeah… the whole tattoo thing, it HAD to have been done earlier before Audrey went missing.  A tattoo like that would have taken hours to get done and when we see it yes its still red and newish looking but definitely not freshly done.  How long had it been at this point since they learned about the prediction of how Duke died?  I subscribe to the idea he got it done shortly after that for the reason he gave Duke- if he was going to die by the hand of someone with the tattoo he wanted to be on the approved list.  But it was done BEFOR Audrey went missing.

Yeah definitely. Maybe it was also the promise of a date that prompted Nathan to get the tattoo? I think he could have had time inbetween their “let’s have dinner” conversation and turning up at the apartment to find Audrey gone?

Of course the whole Nathan’s tattoo discussion always brings up an interesting thought for me- did Nathan just make a whole self-fulfilling-prophecy thing the moment he got the tattoo? Could it have been someone else who would have been there and killed Duke that day, but BECAUSE Nathan got the tattoo and had that thought at least in the back of his mind, he ended up changing what happened and it ended up being him?  Kind of like Voldemort in Harry Potter- the boy who lived COULD have been Neville but Voldemort essentially made harry the chosen one by trying to kill him rather than going after Neville.  Nathan essentially made it where no one else other than himself could have been there and been the one to kill Duke.
