Discrimination in every aspect

Church discrimination is not morally acceptable. As an individual we have our own beliefs and we are accountable for our own faith. The main reason behind this is the different belief systems of people having different doctrines and ideas. However, one can be discriminated as a Christian in some areas of life. For instance, when you are applying for a job and in your own faith you should not wear makeup  and the only allowed garment for you is modest apparel . Discrimination arise if there's a presence of looking down or putting down someone/something. Discrimination affects you and your beliefs, but don't let it shaken your foundation what truly church is all about.

Psychological and sociological theories show that a person may be influenced such behaviors that can be adapt within social environment especially when he or she is in the stage of adolescence. Children go to their peers to discuss problems, feelings, and fears, to seek advice. However, this reliance on peers could have issues and problems that is popular during the stage of adolescence such as bullying, vices, and depression.  Researchers believe that the pressure to gain peer acceptance and status may be related to an increase in teasing and bullying. This behavior may be intended to demonstrate superiority over other students for boys and girls, either through name-calling or ridiculing.

Families living in poverty often experience enormous difficulties in accessing their rights to services and receive judgments from other people based on their social status. One of the most dreadful aspects of living in poverty is that everyone has an opinion about how you should live and act according to your status.  Those who are affected of such inhumane acts have negative impact due to the treatment of other people. For instance,  a mother just gave birth and she has been transferred to less favorable job because her employer thinks she will take care of her child and will not be able to do her job properly.

In the society, almost everyone has experienced discrimination that lead to losing of self-confidence, afraid to speak out, staying away from people and even committed suicide. It could be by the race of a person, fashion, education attainment, sexual orientation, social status, physical appearance and even mental disorder. This is alarming in every places because in worst case scenario, this might led into losing a life. Some people cannot control their actions but we must be mindful of what we are doing and saying because we might be discriminating someone unintentionally. Remember that we are all equal in the eyes of God so let us spread love and stop discriminating.

When students are treated unfairly and discriminated against because of who they are, this can have a detrimental effect on their self-esteem, their mental health, and their educational performance. Schools must put concern with this kind of situation to help students who suffered in this kind of unjust or prejudicial treatment. In school, there are many types of discrimination happens and victimization also occurs when a school does something disadvantageous to a student because either the student or the student's parents ought to be about to take, action under disability discrimination law.
