It depends, really. If you have an eating disorder like one of my alters they will.  I mean, since I'm not really sick like that it's not a big deal but sometimes they will make you drink a formula. They can either force it down your throat, give you an IV with nutrients or a feeding tube in your chest. I've just, or Keira has been forced the formula but they can't really do anything to me because Keira isn't really me and I don't really have an eating disorder. If you're bulimic they'll watch you for an hour after meals. Keira knows tricks, though.
