hey fun fact this has absolutely happened before. part of the push to standardize time/timezones was because factory employers had clocks set to the pace of their machinery. meaning of the workers were not doing enough, time would run slower until they had reached their goal. there is historical precedent.

Iāve been working on losing weight since January. As of todayās weigh-in, Iām down 23lbs (10.4kg)! Iām going to start maintenance on Monday, which basically means keeping my activity level the same but eating a caloric equivalent so my weight stays level at the current number. It just gives my body a break from being in the caloric deficit and lets my metabolism adjust to this new baseline weight.
I havenāt reached my goal weight yet (only about 9lbs away!) but after about 8 weeks of maintenance, Iāll be ready to go back into a deficit.
I didnāt take a picture back in January because I had this nagging feeling in the back of my mind that if I wasnāt able to lose weight, it would make me feel even worse about myself. Now, 5 months later, and 23lbs down, I wish I had.
