The address leads to Chicago's Lincoln Park Community Shelter. +1.7735496111 seems like not a phone number at all. Googling also shown people on 4chan and Reddit also talked about this information. I found a scrap of thread that wasn't archived anywhere, but systematic googling of phrases allowed me to find stuff: "1) We know it is an East Asian font (MS Gothic), so coded language may be Jap, Korean, or Chinese.
