This is probably very simplistic and anyone could've done it, but I've made a terminal template for Fallout that you can edit for whatever purposes you might need it for. I made originally it for my own reference. If you're like me and don't have Photoshop because you refuse to give those tightfisted fucks at Adobe a monthly subscription, you can use this Google Doc template to suit your needs just fine!
