I feel like a dumbass but I get it now
I have been saying my whole life that I’m Scottish, Irish, Finnish, Swedish and Gaelic. I’ve only recently been corrected by my best friend. It makes sense now that I further researched it, I should have been saying all this time that I have Scottish, Irish, Swedish, Finnish and Gaelic HERITAGE. Whilst my last name is indeed Scottish decent “Galbraith”, it does not make me myself Scottish. Because I was born in America I am American. I feel like a fool after all this time. I was getting offended that I was being told I’m not what I say I am but it makes sense now. I understand fully so ha, my life in shambles Per usual. Go figure
