hey man, I’m a young guy gainer too and just wondering, do you have think about like the health impacts? Sometimes it does hold me back icl - how do you deal with it?
also your belly is sooo hot
Hii, for a while, I was also second-guessing whether gaining weight was the right move out of fear for my health. I´m med student, I'm constantly surrounded by all this theory about metabolic diseases and obesity-related pathologies. But at the end of the day, I realized something: even though obesity is linked to a lot of health issues, you can seriously lower the odds of dealing with them depending on how you go about gaining that weight.
It’s all about balanced nutrition. Eating healthy doesn't mean you can't bulk up. For example, you can eat tons of rice and avocados—they're packed with health benefits but are also high-calorie, which is perfect for growing that belly. Same goes for working out; exercising and being heavy aren't mutually exclusive. You can go for walks, dance, hit the gym for a bit, and still keep gaining. It all just comes down to your caloric deficit vs. surplus. Sure, you can still binge on pizza and soda, but do it in moderation. If you manage it this way, you minimize the chances of developing any health issues.
At the end of the day, being skinny doesn't automatically mean you're healthy, and being heavy doesn't automatically mean you have an underlying.
