Thank you to all who have offered their time to try and help us get our accounts back. We have had no luck, but are still remaining positive through this. As an update account, our main goal is to share the latest updates and photos. In no way were we trying to share leaked or copyrighted content on purpose. We were simply posting what every other Taylor blog was sharing. It's extremely hard to know exactly what not to post, because that's our job. The point of our pages is to share news on Taylor Swift. We've always respected Taylor's privacy and always will. It would have been very helpful to have had a warning of content they DIDN'T want us posting, so we could take note of that and change the way we post. We are still unsure of who specifically reported us, but we would just love for everyone to know that at the end of the day, we are here to love and support Taylor. That is our true goal of our pages. We never wanted this to happen, and are crushed we may never get our accounts back. I understand Taylor's Team/Instagram are taking precautions as to protecting leaked content, but I believe deleting a page is taking it too far. @taylorswift @1989styleswift

Today has been nothing less of a horrible day. About 4 hours ago I try to log into my account @taylorswift_updates, and it logs me out and quickly informs me my account has been disabled as a result of not following community guidelines and rules. I have 50K. I have NO idea what I did wrong and there is no email/phone number to contact Instagram or any sort of Instagram support. Just an hour ago the SAME thing happened to my friend @1989styleswift (@taylorswift.updates on Instagram) and we’ve been trying to figure out a way to contact Instagram and have had no luck. If you can help us, PLEASE message us. We’ve worked very hard on our accounts and to have them shut down without warning or reason is very frustrating and upsetting. Please spread this around.
