- A short video from the Tate exploring the visual artist Yayoui Kusama and her obsession with the dots and how she manages her mental illnes and uses it as a way of creating art.

A television documentary that deals with mentally ill adolescence and their experience within a mental institution. Dealing with various teens, one teen stands out to me called Emma. Emma is diagnosed with O.C.D making her become depressed and suicidal. I feel Emma’s struggle is a good explanation of O.C.D and sever anxiety, explaining how a person with this condition can feel and ultimately needs support and someone to talk to. This whole documentary is very interesting and I would encourage anyone reading this to go give it a watch.

A start to a campaign that looks at General Anxiety Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It aims to create a warm and accepting platform to talk about these mental illnesses and give support to those in need. You’re not alone and we’re here to talk.
