I never thought I'd say this, but I'm really starting to enjoy yoga. I've been doing it about three weeks, three times a week and I feel calmer, fitter, stronger and definitely more supple for it. Working on a chapter on Hinduism and Buddhism is giving me an interesting perspective on it.
