"Why do you always have Robby as the sub and Jack as the dom?"

I mean I have a whole rant. I could go on for days. Robby literally displays a need to be taken care of. He's very obviously touch starved and he doesn't like to be touched but he will let Jack touch him without question. He walked into work in the first season and talked about spankings in the first episode. In the second season be kneeled down on the floor for Noelle like it was the most comfortable thing in the world.

When Robby was spiraling during Pittfest, Jack was the only one that could get him to listen. Jack basically ordered Robby to take a break and Robby argued with everyone else but Jack he basically immediately gave into. It's the same in season 2. I mean he argued at first but Jack was literally the only one to get through to him. They hugged in season 2 and that alone. Then Robby admits to a baby he wants to be swaddled. Come on guys it's right there for the taking.
