I theybossed too close to the sun and now I cant walk without shaking 🫠

But the Stray Kids song 0801 really helps me to get through rough days.

Plan changes is one of the worst things to try and deal with!!! it can be so hard to regulate after the plan change and it can lead to a meltdown. (つд⊂)

I'm still discovering myself as a late diagnosed autistic.

And my partner is an angel! she stayed with me the whole time 😭💜✨️

and I have paperwork to do tomorrow while still with a migraine 😭😖

Does anyone else get that "sideways face" and "tingly hands" feeling?

I'm going to ask my neurologist about it too.

This trend is so funny to me XD

POTs is so hard to deal with! 😭 Especially in hot weather 🫠

Most (if not all) of my disabilities are invisible on the outside.

I have POTs, Chronic Pain, Chronic Migraines, Endometriosis, PCOS, Hypermobility, and a lot of GI issues. 🫠 I'm also autistic and adhd.

Not everything is visible but they're still there. Still affecting me and making me unique. <3

So please be patient with people, Even when you can't see the illness.
