Introductions
I'm Emi, and this is my poetry blog. I write about all sorts of things: loneliness, depression, body dysmorphia, and suicide are my darkest topics. I don't just write about the dark stuff, however. I do enjoy writing from various persectives on miscellanous topics. I even have a poem from two people debating whether "hot" or "cold" is better.

I have many poems that mention suicide or self-harm, but it should be disclaimed here that I do not self-harm.
I am in a perfectly safe space, and despite what many of my poems will lead you to believe, I am not harming myself.
I enjoy writing about a very large range of things and from perspectives outside of my own. I will, for instance, write from the perspective of a greedy capitalist pig, an abuser, a victim, a psychological manipulator, etc. I find that writing like this allows me to explore a wide range of emotions, scenarios, and audiences.
This blog will contain a collection of poems I have written over the years. Many of which will be typical teenage angst one can expect while in high school. The quality of my pieces can vary depending on when they were written. Each poem has a story behind it, so if you're ever curious, just leave a comment or ask. I will respond to anything and everything.
