Hear me out. This may be considered a conspiracy theory, but I’m just considering it “My Theory:”

The administration is purposely making life really hard for under-educated, low income people by NOT working on the economy, by holding back aide and by fighting against affordable health care… just so the ICE jobs can be a final option for desperate people who are otherwise un-hireable and would normally be protesting the government. The end game is to grow an army of mindless zombies who will do anything to keep their jobs, becoming brain-washed participants in the brutal culture of an authoritarian regime seeking to control the American population through violence, intimidation and retribution. They, who would normally be the ones in fear of the government are being turned into powerful soldiers (without regard for law or order) who are feared by others. They are the American Gestapo.
