spent some time working on my project this morning before leaving the hotel and finally stumbled on an idea that’s worth exploring further :)

I had a nice, chill weekend full of going on walks, reading, and watching the backlog of conference talks that I've saved to my watch later playlist on youtube. I'm trying to enjoy the slow moments and learn what I can.

My biggest win is still a master's student giving me a thank-you present after handing in her thesis 🥺 Supervising students has been so incredibly rewarding!

Also I got an internship :) I’ll be starting next week, I’m excited!

Finished my thesis work for today and then focused on FINALLY writing stuff for my Academic Writing midterm. I also wrote some bullet points for a job interview tomorrow.

last week (!!!) of my undergrad. possibly the busiest week of my undergrad? 💻☕️📑☁️

last day of lectures, possibly ever! it's bittersweet, especially coming after an almost-all-nighter so i couldn't fully appreciate it. whenever i've taken breaks from education it's sitting quietly in a lecture theatre and learning that i miss most, it's like my natural habitat. however the thought of never being up until 6am doing problem sheets again is a relief 😌
