Reintroducing my bsd oc because the last one was.. not the best attempt

He's a member of the Decay of Angels and is sometimes seen by Fyodor's side. He's, what they call a loyal dog, carrying out every task given to him without further question (if the task came from Fyodor).

He has a younger sister, Kiyoko who is a member of the Port Mafia.
