happy feet was such a weird movie lmafo like it opens w/ nicole kidman & hugh jackman singing a prince / elvis mashup and their son is the only one who cant sing in the whole flock and just tap tap tap dances his way to happiness and for some reason the movie has this big ‘religion blinds societies to the truth sometimes’ message along w/ a big ‘anti fishing’ message and the movie ends w/ the whole penguin flock tap dancing in front of some researchers and somehow this inspires humans to leave the penguins the fuck alone and basically all im saying is this movie is fucking weird but somehow enjoyable
