Oxford's Brasenose College looking lovely and mysterious in the autumn dusk ☀️🍂. I’ve been reading about how Elias Ashmole, the collector of magical manuscripts, pursued his investigations here in the seventeenth century. It made me think of The Discovery of Witches series, which centres on an enchanted Ashmole manuscript and features Brasenose in several scenes 📖.

so many things to explore, so little energy... been returning to old medieval history and milton notes for lack of school to keep me occupied

in other news, my petition to graduate early was approved yesterday, so i'm officially 1 year away from finishing my degree!

or actually, not really, i still have to submit the final-final work for one of those, but it's not due until the beginning of june, which means i'm going to pretend it does not exist til the end of next week 😇
