Starting September 1, 2023, I am embarking on the next 12 months of my lifelong journey toward growth, discovery and better health - mental, physical, spiritual, social and emotional. In addition to better nutrition and increased exercise/movement, my wellness activities for these next 12 months will be targeting, six areas described as self-love, personal power, self-trust, healing, letting go and boundary setting.
