A lot is unclear to me right now, but depression has taught me not to fear pain, whether physical or mental, and that sometimes a problem, especially in relationships between people, can be left untouched and, over time, it will resolve itself without my help.

Right now I am in treatment, taking antidepressants, fighting anxiety, but my life hasn’t paused, my identity hasn’t gone anywhere, my true friends haven't disappeared.

I'm trying to live like this, and I hope this post helps someone. Please live, don't be silent, and look for the light, even if it's invisible.

I bought black and white fingerless gloves that I wear when my hands are not covered, for example, by shirt sleeves. They are breathable and designed for long wear. They allow me not to see my hands, and I also like how it looks in the mirror. This is one of the few ways I use to reduce gender dysphoria triggers. Even while in the closet, I try to create the most acceptable image that corresponds to my inner world. I still have a long way to go, but even such steps encourage me and give me the strength to move on.

I like to cook on my own or with someone else’s help, but I get very nervous when someone starts ordering, even though I didn’t ask for advice.

I am also fond of tea and I have a small, but good collection of tea sheets that I rarely brew for myself, most often I bring it to the guests.

Perhaps it's worth clearing out the old, but I think there's no right decision, so I'll keep everything that is still valuable to me.

The effect isn't very clear yet, but I'm happy that I can now, for example, go back to writing posts ^^

My psychiatrist and I slightly changed my dosage plan beforehand, but that shouldn't have changed the effect, although it worries me.

I'll try to write more tomorrow.

I am very tired and this is proved by the fact that I could not get out of bed this morning. The impressions were many, I bought myself quite a lot of things, including a new phone with which I am writing. Tomorrow I will buy antidepressants and thus start treatment, it is very encouraging

I have not been able to meet new people and am more upset about this than the others. I can hardly maintain communication on the net, and in reality even more. I managed to communicate only with cats in the cafe, huh.

I hope this August will be the beginning of my rise, the start of my path to recovery and becoming happy, maybe this step - an important stage before moving and starting HRT.
