I understand Tori in the way she sees romantic relationships. How everyone craves it, desires it, they throw themselves head first into it and when it backfires they don't care they still stay in those relationships even if it hurts friends doing so is frustrating and stupid and you can hardly understand why people would do that just to have a partner when they already have friends. I understand the confusion when it comes to wanting to be held to want to hold someone's hand but also feel confusion when people talk about their dates and it just sounds like they and their partner went and hung out like friends do. There's this thing about romantic relationships that are so confusing because they are so CLOSE to platonic friendship relationships the differences? you kiss? you have sex? No, because asexuals exist and some don't want sex but are still in romantic relationships. SO WHY THE FUCK IS EVERYONE SO HELLBENT ON A ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP IN THEIR LIVES?! For your brother to ask if you and your guy friend are together all because you hang out and he makes you happy? Isn't that something friends do? How do you know what makes a romantic relationship? How can you know when you're in one. Whats the difference?
