Look, I get it. Dating can be expensive, but it does not have to be. Just take a walk in the park, or play video games in your room together, or lay down next to each other while staring at your phones while ignoring each other.Â
This one guy from last night had other ideas. We saw a movie together which was nice, so after that when he asked me âhave you had dinner yet? Want to get some?â I thought, sure, why not?Â
We walked for an hour looking at different restaurants, it was late, and we finally settled on the TGI Fridays. Then right before we go in he says, âYou know what, I just want to order a water.â So you want to go to a restaurant...for a water?? And you could not tell me this before, at all?
I donât know if he was hinting at me to pay for it, but if so, why could he not do the classic at the end of dinner of âoops, I forgot my wallet, can you get this time honey?âÂ
