who : open to anyone
where : the refreshment table in the great hall
The heat in the great hall was stifling, especially after spending so much time on the dance floor. after around four songs, the woman was well aware that she needed nothing more than a cold drink and a bit of fresh air. as she stood in the drinks queue for more than fifteen minutes, the young woman came to the realisation that a majority of people had the same idea.
It was just about to be her turn when somebody, who seemed to be neglecting the system in place, cut in front of her. "Excuse me, do you mind?" Dorcas spoke loudly, tapping the person on the shoulder. "There's a queue for a reason, I didn't waste fifteen minutes of my life out of the goodness of my heart. Unless you have an outstanding reason, you aren't bunking."
Elias had been bopping around the entire time and mingling with any student willing to hear him rattle on. It was all so exciting, even if the food wasn't particularly good. Well, it was fine, just a little boring. No guy in his right mind would complain about free food.
That didn't mean he wasn't hunger after dancing for a good portion of the night. As he approached the table for something to eat, he was stopped by one of the Hogwarts students. "I thought this was the back," he spoke, honestly confused. "Everyone is in kind of a clump in front of the tables."
