SHILOHâS POV (a few hours before)
shiloh knows what sheâs doing isnât exactly ideal for her mental health and stability. sheâs already upset enough, and this would make it worse âknows it will make it worse, but she canât help it.Â
walking to that house afterwards has become part of her routine whenever she goes out for a walk to calm herself down âthe first time was an honest mistake, not luck. shiloh would never call it anything remotely lucky considering it sent her on a downward spiral that lasted for weeks during which she lost both the concept of time and almost forgot who she was.Â
shiloh has no memory of that week, but yoonchae, liz, regan and even ryujin does. but what she does know is that since then yoonchae rather facetime than text or even talk on the phone, and when asked, the younger girl just told her that she wanted to see her face when talking on the phone, and whenever yoonchae visits her, she rarely lets shiloh out of her sight. liz and regan practically moved in for a few months before they went back to live in their own homes. ryujin somehow convinced her management to let her buy a home that was a five-minute drive from shilohâs ânone of them, however, have told her what she was like that week or what sheâd do, but she figured it scared them so much, and shiloh has apologized, but they would brush her off every time she does.
shiloh hates that she was a burden to them. hates that they look at her with this silent fear that sheâs going to disappear if they donât watch her carefully. now sheâs doing it again. except this time sheâs doing so purposely, adding on to the fact that sheâs still upset over the other thing, and to top it all off, her phoneâs dead.

shiloh turned and left before she could damage her mental stability further, and this time she had a destination in mind. shiloh was going to the building where she and her former bandmates did the majority of their practices. she only has good memories of the place âmemories that she hasnât purposely blocked out.
while walking shiloh thoughts turned to the first time she saw them again âher parents. it was just a random day, and shiloh just needed some fresh air and had stopped talking with yoonchae on the phone; she was only walking around in that neighborhood because chip said she needed some 'fresh sceneryâ that wasnât her own neighborhood or shilohâs bedroom.
thatâs when she saw them. her parents âand her. the daughter that they wanted. shiloh guessed she was only a few years younger than her âshe froze the second her gaze landed on the three of them.Â
everything stopped for shiloh, and she didnât know what to do at the moment. what could one do at that moment? run? scream? throw things?Â

shiloh immediately went to lie on the couch and immediately put her phone on the charger. wincing when she saw the many missed calls and text messages popping up once it powered on.

shiloh practically snatches the charger out and slowly turns her phone face down. she can just say that her phone was dead and that's why she couldnât answer anything. yeah â yeah that could work.Â
as a matter of fact, sheâs just going to close her eyes and fall asleep. plausible deniability will, hopefully, save her. along with that, she actually fell asleep on her own accord without being threatened.
coming to their old practice building was supposed to put her thoughts and feelings at ease. being here has seemed to only increase them, but they were all focused on one thing âshiloh.
sophia winced. even thinking of her brings back feelings she once believed were gone, or as manon has put it, âstuffed down and ignored,' about her former girlfriend. mind going back to memories sheâs tried so hard to let go of that now they just haunt her because she dared to try to get rid of the times where sophia vividly remembered and experienced how happy she was.Â
then the memories shift to that day.Â
the day where sophia saw the tired look in her eyes that everyone, save for her and yoonchae, had trouble maintaining eye contact. but the reason is that both could do such a feat when the others either had trouble doing so or couldnât look their former friend, former love, in the eyes.
yoonchae because she had no idea what they were planning to do âwhat they had already planned to do without her involvement. they all knew that if the younger girl knew what was going to happen âshe would have fought them to the end or quit on the spot. they couldnât have that. they couldnât afford to lose her âsophia couldnât afford to lose her. yoonchae was needed. she was, is, important to the band.

her steps slowed when she noticed that the door to her old room was opened and the light was on.Â

before she could stop herself, sophia moved quietly towards shiloh, not wanting to disturb the other girl out of her sleep. she just needed to see her up closeâ thatâs all. this is the closest sophia has been to the other girl in yearsâ after not seeing her in so long, itâs as if sheâs lost all reason.
sophia had no idea how badly she wanted âno, needed âto see shiloh again until now. she lifted her hand, wanting to trace the otherâs jawline like she used to when she wanted shilohâs attention to be focused only on sophia but stopped herself before her hand could make contact. dropping her hand and backing away before she continues to be stupid. so she just left the room, out of the building as quickly and as quietly as she possibly could, so she practically sprinted to her car once setting foot outside.
she needed to go. sophia really needed to go.
sophia may have needed to see her, but mentally âemotionally???â- she was not ready for any confrontation if her former girlfriend were awake instead of being asleep.

Sophia hadn't even taken her phone out to video or take any photos the entire night. Her mind was racing with thoughts- all with one common theme. Y/N.
She danced and sang as if she owned the stage. She was doing what Sophia had been scared to do effortlessly. The entire crowd around the stadium screamed her name like it was the only word they knew. The lights shone on her, causing her bodysuit to sparkle even more than it already was.
"London are we having a good night tonight?!" Y/N asked, with an answer of mainly just screams. The girl giggled up on stage. She went on with a monologue she'd just about memorised, while Sophia just watched. She was in awe of the girl on stage. She was incredible.
"Miss Laforteza?" She snaps out of what she could only describe as a trance when she heard her name. There, a man stood with the typical security guard look. Fuck. What had she done. Fuck fuck fuck. She followed him, and all she felt was a mix of embarrassment, guilt and worry. Was she being kicked out? In front of all these fans? The crowd got louder suddenly when Y/N made a joke on stage, something Sophia wished she hadn't had missed. "Just stand there, okay?" He then instructed.
Sophia furrowed her eyebrows at the guard. What the fuck was she doing now stood right by the stage? In fact, she could almost reach Y/N, she was so close.
"I mean, how do you guys even do it? Travelling alllllll that way and still look so... sooooo good?" Y/N continued with her crowd, not so subtly then looking over to where a certain Filipino was stood. Perfect. A smirk grew on her face as she regained her composure. Act cool Y/N, it's just a bit. "Oh... London... wait... shh..." She told the crowd, while two of her dancers came up beside her- one holding handcuffs.
Sophia's eyes darted between the three now on stage, and then down at the pink and fluffy handcuffs, before back at Y/N. She felt herself start to blush and turn redder by the second. This wasn't happening. "Who's this cutie in the front here?" Up on the big screens, Sophia's face is projected. The stadium roars for her as she stared up at Y/N adoringly.
Sirens go off, and then the screens read: ARREST FOR BEING TOO HOT. Sophia reads it and begins to giggle up at the girl. No way this was happening. Surely this was a dream she was about to wake up from.

I made a youtube video about my problems with the way Katseye is being managed (you can watch it HERE ) in which the last section is about their delusional stans actively harm the groups reputation and defend the very companies mismanaging them, and this was still the first comment I got!
I reiterated that I'm not a hater and my criticisms are against the companies and not the members, but I still got the good ol "just say you don't like Katseye and go" because listening is a skill (SOME) K-pop stans only use when forcing themselves to like songs.

As we all probably know but katseye didnât win either grammy award last night BUT thats okay them still getting nominated for 2 awards 2 years into their careers is crazy.
