Rinnaneth brought the water to the woman’s lips helping her drink. “I am Rinnaneth, lady of Rivendell…what is your name?”

She drank the water quickly with desperate large gulps, once she had finished she let out a soft sigh of relief. Feeling better already. "I am Aredhel, white lady of Noldor." she said, a small smile forming on her lips. "Thank you for the water. I owe you my life, I do not think I would of lasted much longer."

"Do not speak… save your strength your are amongst friends here" Rinnaneth assured her preparing some water for the woman. 

She simply nodded, relaxing slightly and looking at her savior with a grateful expression. She ran her tongue along her dried lips, desperate for water.

     “They do,” he replied casually as he looked over the elleth before him. He had never seen her before, nor were elves of other realms known for visiting his halls in this age. “But they do not take kindly to unannounced visitors.”

"We had no choice." she simply said before allowing moment of silence to pass between them, calming herself down. "We have traveled a long way, and I am afraid some of us may not make the journey. It would be very much appreciated if you could possibly find a place for the children in our group to stay in Mirkwood."
