Hello, WIP post for Encore Stage. Some sketches and screenshots from what I'm working on. Still working on Ripley's S1EP7. I couldn't fit everything in EP7, so I decided to move some parts to EP8.

Oh, soooooo for the original Lovestruck I was always wondering how they chose where to add drawings. Sometimes I felt the scenes for the CG in the original series weren't as significant? Maybe just me? For my fanfic, I always like to think about which scene would benefit from a full CG illustration.

It took me a while to decide which scene in EP7 I wanted a drawing for. In the end I chose the hug scene. I try to choose key moments for mini CGs. And some more out of context screenshots from S1EP7 that I finished coding in.

I added in Quillan to the story here cause it's a good way to practice writing his dialogue before I get started on his fanfic route.

And again, I love writing Darius and Onyx the most. I feel the most relaxed writing for them because their reactions are funny.

Hello, episode 6 of Ripley route fanfic is now ready! The story is almost nearing the finale of season 1! This fanfic project has been so fun to work on as a hobby. Super challenging to do everything myself, but very rewarding when I can sit back and enjoy my own game.

Hello, this is a work in progress post! Some sketches, screenshots, and finished character designs.

Since I'm in the process of finishing up Ripley's ep6, ep7, and her season 1 finale. (It's a VERY huge cliffhanger, I'm yeeting the readers off a cliff like it's the Grand Canyon.)

I wanna announce I've started writing Quillan/Shadow/Sorrow prologue, season 1. And I'll be working on his route side by side with Ripley season 2. I wanna see how difficult it is to write two routes at a time from the same universe. Cause I know some Lovestruck writers did that.

Since Lovestruck shutdown before we could *maybe* get him as a love interest, I want to write him a fanfic route. The reality is I want to smash both Ripley and Quillan. I'm not going to hide my thirst LMAO...though I admit, I might be a lot more thirsty for Quillan cause he reminds me of Renzei. ALSO, Lovestruck never gave him actual pants and shoes, I had to design that for him. I think it matches his shirt and vest pretty well! I'm happy with my design. And, of course the undies!

Also I know Ripley is slowburn, but I want to smash her so fast. But I keep deleting spicy scenes and telling myself to get my head out of the gutter and focus on the story plot. Slowburn means slow down and patience. I want to scream...

I wrote a spicy scene for Ripley, but I decided to delete it since it was too soon to get spicy even if it's a dream. Sad...

If you haven't read the prequel or earlier episodes, in my fanfic universe, Darius knew Ripley already before she became a bear. I gave them a Yoshimitsu/Aurora kind of friendship for humor. They'd flirt with the same women, but Ripley would win.

Hello, I've finished episode 4 of my Ripley fanfic visual novel and updated a ton of things with the game! And to pay homage to Lovestruck, I've added a "oh no she's hot" villain. :-)

New main menu interface to allow faster loading and easier navigation.

Load/Save and gallery will be added in the next major version update.

New logo design inspired by MC's dual weapons.

Cleaned up a lot of code.

Went back to each episode and did some ninja editing.

Episode 5 has been fully coded in, edited. Adding in all the drawings right now and drawing the main illustration. So, perhaps next week I can release it!

Hello, I'm still working on this and I'll see it to the end no matter how long it takes. Sooooo, I had a huge months long writing block, it was so huge it took a while to figure how to get over it. But I broke the block and finished writing the rough drafts for the remaining episodes in Ripley's season 1.

It's extremely difficult to make up a brand new story for a character we barely have information on. And I'm a bit worried about figuring out season 2, 3, 4, then somehow connecting everything in a smooth story...but one thing at a time. I hope I can figure those out to write those and complete a full fanfic route for a character.

I finished coding and editing episode 4. Just have to finish the main drawing. Enjoy some out of context screenshots above. I'll announce in a couple days when the finished version is out. Hope ya all are as excited as I am to get this going again. :-)
