0 - Joey is born in Hollywood Pointe, California. She is the second child in the Hughes family. She is followed only thirty four minutes later by another Hughes child, her twin brother, Kenneth.

2 - Joey begins taking dance classes, as well as beginning a casual career in modeling (print work) as well as acting (a hobby she quickly gives up once she has the chance. Her drama is not meant for the screen.)

10 - Charlotte Hughes, the fourth and youngest of the Hughes children, is born, making Joey an older sister (formally).

14 - Joey attends a private high school where she excels in academics as well as extra curriculars. She is a cheerleader as well as on the volleyball team, and playing tennis. She is also on a competitive dance team outside of school. This is also when Joey’s social life starts to pick up, as Joey starts to take an interest in the young actors working at her father’s production studio.

16 - Joey first makes (tabloid) headlines after being caught as the other woman in a different celebrity couple’s cheating scandal. Joey starts to make a reputation for herself as your typical Hollywood socialite party girl, making messes wherever she goes.

17 - Joey signs a record deal alongside her best friend Cricket Oliver and another friend Angie Jeremiah. The three release an album, High and Dying, under the band name Done Drugs. That summer they go on their first world tour.

18 - Just after her eighteenth birthday, Joey moves into her own apartment separate from her parents. Joey graduates high school with a 4.0 GPA despite her reputation. Done Drugs disbands, but Joey signs a solo record deal with the same label, this time under her own name alone. That summer, she releases her first solo album, Trust Issues.
