about ao3, i totally understand. it is very diffcult for me to understand and use too because of cultural differences as well, i think it has a big chinese community though! in a fandom i like i always found fics in chinese that were wonderful, so maybe there are more tutorials online in sites like weibo? (sorry im unfamiliar with that site so i'm not sure if there are tutorials there) but these are ones i found that perhaps be helpful in the future:

besides what people already recommended, if you still want to post fanart publically, i recommend Ao3 (Archive of our own) for posting. the site is very strict about not wanting harassment, you can choose to post anonimously, rating of the works, tags, can limit who can comment (as in, you can choose to not allow guest/unsigned users to comment), and if any signed user is being unpleasant still, you can block or delete their comments.

the site is for fanfic, but it also allows fanart, though for posting art you will need to use other sites like imgur or squidge. org, and then copy that link to post. its a bit tedious, but i honestly think it's the only good site for fandom nowadays, twitter and tumblr are both crazy.

However, due to cultural differences, I’m still not quite familiar with how to use its various features, tags, and so on.
