Some days not even an awesome new headband can make a hated workout fun. Gave it my all, hated every minute, and didn’t get the post-workout high I usually do. It sucked. But you know what? I don’t regret doing it. I know I’ll be stronger for it. You won’t want to do it every day. Doing it anyway is what makes you stronger because nothing truly worth it is easy.
