Anubis eased him back from Izzy. “Apologies. My friend is a god of many things. Fertility being one of them.” He says with a light smile. Upon seeing Eve he looked over to Even and gave a curt nod and a slightly broad smile.  “Eve. A pleasure.” He says while he raises the gift he had for her her.  Apis side eyed Anubis before looking at the woman who clearly had the yes for him. That smile was more than enough. He then lifted his chin and before winking and licking his lips at her. “How you doin’.” he asked Eve.

"It's okay. A bit sad that his vampire fertility pool only outstretch to Earth-based ones. Not much complaints from me though." Izzy gave a small smug grin at them. Hard to get essentially an elemental derived from vampirism and a vampire derived from a gaseous form of said vampire and a mortal-once-god. "Would you like to meet our aunt? or our uncle?"

"Yeah, just follow me." Izzy rebuffed Apis though Eve, now paying attention, followed three. She had essentially given a tour of the place, pointing out kitchen, where the halls led to before finding her aunt and uncle outside on the terrance where the was a pool over looking a springtime view of the once sandy dunes now full of flower fields.

"...that I'm turning into someone else. That i...I barely lived this life. I lost it saving the world. Saving everyone by adjusting my own timeline by...well, three quadrinths of a hair. Regeneration energy is such a silly gimmick.." he chuckles awkwardly, aa he looks to the console.

"...this life has still been one of my favorites. One of my most lived, despite it being only 3 years..." his smile is there as he moved to open the door of his TARDIS. "...Will you at least be here with me? I don't...I don't want to feel this one go alone..."

"Oh, don't fret. I ain't leavin' ye fer a tick." The Doctor told him, their soft-voiced Swindonian accent coming out once more. It wasn't the Doctor they may have wanted but, it was the one that was here.

They watch as the energy spreads out into the cosmos. The Doctor was alone when they had regenerated similar - seems like in order to cause less damage to people around them, bigeneration was the option while isolated, well....

"...hello...I'm the Guardian..." his voice is definitely more tough boy...but familiar all the same...

THE MONK: There, Doctor, as I promised—your TARDIS.

SUSAN FOREMAN: Oh, well, thank you.

THE MONK: You're welcome.

THE DOCTOR: Don’t thank him!

THE MONK: Doctor, I realize you must feel—

THE DOCTOR: —Don’t even speak to me!

SUSAN FOREMAN: Grandfather, he did just save our lives!

THE DOCTOR: Susan, you’re looking at the man who is truly responsible for the Dalek conquest of Earth. Am I right, Monk?

THE MONK: Uh, well— well— well, I wouldn’t quite put it like that.

THE DOCTOR: Why even bother to deny it. Who else could’ve helped the Daleks rescue the Time Controller? Huh? Oh, well, tell me it isn’t true?

THE MONK: No… it… it is true. I’m sorry. 

THE DOCTOR: Oh, that— that makes it alright, does it? Is this what your ridiculous nom de guerre is all about, Monk? You do bad things and then you confess and repent and beat yourself up about it and suddenly everything's okay, is it? Is that it?

THE MONK: I…

THE DOCTOR: Well, come on! Come on! What else have you got to confess to? What else do you want me to forgive you for? Come on, Monk. Repent your sins.

THE MONK: I released the virus… The plague on Earth.

SUSAN FOREMAN: What?! You?!

THE MONK: And I prevented you from getting here in time, Doctor. I detected your TARDIS approaching, responding to the signal Lucie sent you, and I projected a false Time Spore into the Vortex so that your TARDIS would—

THE DOCTOR: —Anything else!? Any holocausts you’d like to own up to while you’re at it? Any genocides? COME ON—WE’RE WAITING! Why didn’t you do the universe a favor and jump right into that Time Warp yourself? Huh? Because then, just about then, I might be prepared to even entertain the remotest possibility of forgi— No, I can’t even bring myself to say that. Get out of my sight.

THE MONK: Doctor—

THE DOCTOR: —JUST GO! GO! 

[THE MONK ENTERS HIS TARDIS AND IT DEMATERIALIZES]

SUSAN FOREMAN: Grandfather—

THE DOCTOR: —Do you remember that time, long, long time ago we were escaping from a bunch of murderous cavemen—you, me, Ian, Barbara—and that wounded man was holding us up. Remember that? And for— for one moment, just— I entertained the possibility… I picked up a rock… and I—

SUSAN FOREMAN: —But you didn’t do it, did you?! You didn't kill that man.

THE DOCTOR: Only because Chesterton stopped me. Direct action—that's what that was. Maybe I should be more like that now. Maybe I've gone soft.  

SUSAN FOREMAN: I know how much Lucie meant to you...

THE DOCTOR: How much she means to me. Time is relative, isn't it? I am a Time Lord. What does time mean to me? It's not fixed. And our people made up all those rules and regulations—for what?

SUSAN FOREMAN: To prevent chaos!

THE DOCTOR: Well, how much chaos would it bring to go back and save Lucie Miller? At the point of impact just snatch her into the TARDIS. What would that do except save one of the noblest inhabitants of the universe.

SUSAN FOREMAN: You know you mustn't do that! You know it in your hearts. 

THE DOCTOR: Do I? I don't think I do anymore. I don't think I know anything anymore.

SUSAN FOREMAN: What are you going to do...

THE DOCTOR: ...You better come with me...

SUSAN FOREMAN: ...Why?

THE DOCTOR: To stop me. Curb me. Look after me. Don't you wanna make sure your bad ol' grandfather doesn't take the Laws of Time into his own hands?

SUSAN FOREMAN: I'm not sure I like what's happening to you, Grandfather.

THE DOCTOR: Yeah, it's probably best you leave me alone. …Oh, I suppose the universe was bound to do this to me eventually, wasn't it? A universe that contains such unrefined evil as the Daleks. Or wanton amorality as The Monk. It was bound to push me over the edge.

SUSAN FOREMAN: Where will you go?

THE DOCTOR: To the edge. Or maybe beyond.

[THE DOCTOR ENTERS THE TARDIS AND SHUTS THE DOOR]

SUSAN FOREMAN: Grandfather, I have faith in you. I know you'll do the right thing. 

[THE TARDIS DEMATERIALIZES]
