I’ve also put some green flags down on blogs who are in the notes arguing with anti-trans bigotry to try and keep them from getting caught in the crossfire.

Get equipped: Go here and get Shinigami Eyes for your browser of choice.  Now go find some post about transgender rights and pop open the notes.

Go for the loudmouths: This is the most surface-level work, but it often gives people able to do more thorough work a good place to start.  Read through the replies and reblogs to look for people expressing anti-trans sentiments and right-click on their usernames.  You’ll want to look for something like this:

Select the option to mark as anti-trans.  The first time you do this, a tab will open explaining the criteria for marking URLs and asking you to manually confirm your submission.  You only have to do this one time — subsequent submissions will be uploaded automatically.

Go for the distributors: This is the intermediate, and (in my opinion) most important part of the job.  Click the part of the notes window where the like and reblog counts are listed to get the full list.  Look for names that have been highlighted in red, start checking out adjacent blogs in the reblog chain, and flag them accordingly.
