next saturday will be my last day at my job at a grocery store. the amount of food freedom i had definitely got the best of me and i cannot blame anyone other than myself. i would fast for 3/5 days of the week and then eat 2k cals on the weekends like there was no tomorrow. i was on a partial recovery plan when i started as well so i was definitely pressured. if i would’ve had stronger will power, i wouldnt carry the amount of fat i have today. my new job has me on a bit of a strict break time which will surely benefit me!
