i had a similar idea before, yes. and i do still think that it will be about rugby - not about pran, but considering the fact that pat will be playing rugby in the future (remember the scene from the trailer) - i am not entirely sold on the fact that his father will be supportive of him not wanting to play. also, this scene happens next episode:

and i think it happens after his talk with his father, but before pran cheers him up when they talk on the phone, virtual hug, and he gives him his shirt to sleep with. and if i'm right, that means pat's father will say and/or do something upsetting.

— that’s right. how can we be friends when our parents despise one another? how can we be friends if we live next door to each other yet can’t even talk? how can we be friends if we compete against one another in everything? you know what? when you were away, I was so happy. I didn’t have to compete against you. I wasn’t being paranoid. I didn’t need to know what my gpa was. I didn’t need to know which sports you were involved in. 

but guess what? it was so depressingly lonely for me. what we have now, what should we call it? If not enemies, do you think we can be friends?
