Hello here’s my billionth wip

Dark Fantasy set in a medieval world where a blacksmith boy is caught as a stowaway on a slave ship. Quickly he bonds with a pregnant slave woman and thanks to her he experiences motherly love for the first time in his life. But tragedy strikes and the slave owner massacres everyone on board except for the boy and a newborn child. To survive and protect the baby in his care, the boy seals a deal with a powerful sea creature now bearing the strength and the lives of the 100 sacrificed slave souls within him.
