I did not try this alone. My recipe is as follows and it worked dramatically. I went from 115 daily and taking also Metaformin. When I added my recipe to metaformin it went To 90 in the morning and stays at 90 first take in the morning for pst 3 weeks. It was 88 this morning. I don’t check it any other time. Just first thing in morning before I have coffee.

My recipe

1/2 Tsp of ground “Ceylon Cinnamon” no other cinnamon works”. I found mine on Amazon.

1/2 Tsp of ground ginger Amazon

1 full Tsp of Tumeric

1 twist of fresh ground pepper - necessary to activate the Tumeric

1 cup of warm Green Tea (Not real hot)

A squeeze of fresh Lemon juice

That’s It!

This recipe really worked for me the next day my BS was 90 first thing in morning first time in 10 years I’ve seen it at 90 since ….ever. Three weeks in my bS this morning Was 88. I usually fast until lunch and I stay away from carbs no potato, rice or bread. If you are serious this works coming from someone who tried every trick previously.
