🎭 I don't know if it counts as an emotion, but love would be what Bruce feels the most.
For all his talk of "I am vengeance, I am the night," Bruce isn't really a vengeful guy, and his primary motivation to take up the mantle was out of love for Gotham.
He's not outwardly affectionate, but he loves so fiercely and so deeply. Bruce's family is the most important thing in the world to him, and he even cares about the well-being of his rogues gallery.
💖 His smile lines. Bruce spent a long time believing he'd never be happy again after his parents' (and later Jason's) death. Every time he looks in the mirror and sees those deep wrinkles on his face, he feels a sense of comfort that despite it all, he'll be okay.
🎂 I have it listed as May 8th in a document that's even older than this blog, but for the life of me, I can't remember why. I like to think that Bruce really tries not to make a huge deal out of his birthday, only for that plan to blow up in his face as his loved ones throw a giant party... (This happens every year).

Nora was the aunt of Harleen Quinzel, and they were very close before life went to shit
Nora came up with the nickname Harley (after the motorcycle)
Not-so-fun facts!
Nora always carried an unlicensed, concealed gun on her for intimidation purposes in case someone tried to mug her. It was unloaded, of course, but no one needed to know that
Viktor often brought up adopting Harley, but it never happened (Primarily because Nora and Viktor were only 12 years older than Harley and struggling to even take care of themselves)
Nora grew up in a one bedroom apartment smack dab in the middle of the worst part of Crime Alley
Bruce's parents were gunned down outside her apartment, and 7 year old Nora slept through those gunshots like they were a lullaby
She had the potential to be an Olympic medalist but was unable to cope with the guilt of not being on call to help her mother/sister/niece 24/7
Nora moved out of Crime Alley the second she could afford it, but she never was able to truly leave it behind. (She ended up owning an ice skating rink there)

Adolescence
Viktor was lonely going into high school. Most of his friends in middle and elementary school were made out of necessity (and mostly transactional), and by the time high school rolled around, they had found people who they got along with more, and Viktor wasn't the type of person to ask people to stay with him if he thought they could do better. Viktor was a very warm and personable (albeit quite awkward). He was the type of person people knew of but didn't really know... Until Nora came along.
While Viktor was too much of a people pleaser to be truly hated by others, he was still a source of mockery and a target for bullying. Early in the year, a group of students made a very public display of taking Viktor's crutches, shoving him to the ground, and laughing as he struggled to get back up.
Unfortunately for them, Nora "Matches" Quinzel was in the vicinity... And she was a force to be reckoned with.
Nora was at Gotham High on a sports/academic scholarship. She grew up in the worst part of Crime Alley and had an attitude to boot. Nora was considered tough even in her neighbourhood, and to a bunch of suburban kids, she was terrifying. While she was never the type of person to start fights, Nora always finished them, and to those who said it wasn't her problem, she would say, "Shut up before I have a problem with you."
After scaring the bullies off, Nora helped Viktor up, but before she could do her whole "nothing personal" spiel, they locked eyes and recognized the other in an instant.
Needless to say, people thought twice before messing with Viktor after that day.
While Nora was Viktor's first true (and oldest) friend, Bruce Wayne was Viktor's best friend (and vice versa). Nora introduced them, and they hit it off. Both boys were still very close with Nora ofc, but they had more in common with each other.
I could have a whole other post dedicated to the clusterfuck that is Bruce and Viktor's relationship, but the quickest way to describe it is that it's Earth 2052's equivalent of Two-Face and Batman if Two-Face had Alzheimer's and it was even more homorerotic than usual.
All three teens, along with a young Riddler, Poison Ivy, and Scarecrow, formed the Rogues of Park Row (no one but themselves called them that ofc, this squad will be henceforth known as the Goners). Bruce was sort of an unwilling participant in the Goners detective work/minor felonies, but he still counts.
Fun Fact: When Nora first introduced Eddie to Bruce and Viktor; when asked what he was doing at the science club, Bruce informed Eddie that it was because he "had a healthy appreciation for science" prompting Nora to say "who has an unhealthy love of science?" and Viktor to burst out of nowhere yelling "me!" Viktor and Nora planned this. Bruce did not.
High school/very early adulthood was the happiest time in Viktor's shitshow of a life... Too bad it didn't last.
Your version of Mr freeze having the same disability as nora and having cerebral palsy makes me feel things, he's so dedicated to her that he puts his own mobility issues aside to try to help nora, also I'm really curious to see what his suit looks like.

Viktor has had multiple suits throughout the years, and as of Tim-Robin (I think I'll answer most asks from that time period unless stated otherwise), he has an exoskeleton figured out!
It's white and looks a lot like a skeleton against his black cooling suit! He wears it frequently as his crutches slip on the ice.
At Arkham, he has a very clunky astronaut-esque suit with a very fragile dome head - that is very similar to his first suit. While it also has an exoskeleton to help him with mobility inside, it's not as advanced as the one he built and really only is there to prevent him from falling over. The suit is quite heavy, and the joints aren't articulated, so Viktor has trouble moving around.
A fun fact about Viktor's suit out of Arkham is that when he realized that the dome was the weakest part of his suit, he decided to freeze his head instead like 2004 Freeze!
