Hi all, it’s been a long while since I’ve updated several of my online accounts, with the exception of Bluesky and my participation in Artfight 2024. Here’s something to jumpstart the blog until I have the means to play catch up!

Some new banner art for DEITIES that I’ve wanted to complete for a long while – from the project’s inception when I drew this early sketch. Featuring the divine trio from the main storyline in their animal forms: Set, Horus, and Anubis. Alongside the banner art, I created makeshift references of their animal forms using the descriptions from their respective profiles.

Hey guys! Quick question

Has anyone watched the french animated movie La Reine Soleil? (Princes of the sun)

I have had this movie on DVD for like forevvveerrr and it really kind of slipped under the radar because the original is in french. The movie is so underrated and deserves more attention.

It’s about Ankhesenamun and her lil shenanigans that she keeps dragging poor Tutankhamun in to.

In this movie, even if Tut is already a teenager, he is still not a pharaoh yet (because Akhenaten is still alive) but rather a clumsy prince who gets himself in trouble because of Ankhe who just can’t sit still.

That girl is all over the place and I love it!! 😂

This movie is so nostalgic to me and I wanted to share it with you all.
