The Sims 3: Japanese Convenience Store "Konbini" (20 x 20 Community Lot)

Hooray for the "konbini," a staple in every Japanese neighborhood—even in the Sims 3!

Years ago, I shared photos of a convenience store build I did for my Mayumachi town project. I know several people have asked to download it since then. Thank you for your patience!

⚠️ WARNING: This lot is extremely CC heavy. Therefore, it's a large folder to download. Sorry! 😭 I included two versions of the lot in this download: one fully decorated, and one with furniture only. If your game struggles with lag, I recommend installing the furniture-only version and then decorating the lot yourself.

All CC is included in package format.

Shops on Sunset V2: The Coffee Shop ☕🍩 Still lots of work to do but so far so good. My building + decorating skills have changed for the better bc the original was ugly af. Also that shrub fence from ITF was made bgc by yours truly.

40 x 40 lot | Visitors Allowed | 17 Avon Avenue in Monte Vista

This lot is based on EA’s Etruscan Park at Monte Vista. I’ve built a pond where the festival grounds were, and made it look like the ruins of some Roman Thermae, profiting from the pretty views from the hill.

I play with all EPs, so it might contain pieces from all, especially with buydebug on.

There is little CC in it – this tomb roof, and I might have thrown one lemon tree or two in there too, just to add more Mediterranean feeling to it – but having them or not won’t make much of a difference for the lot.

More important is the Mediterranean light mod by Nilxis if you want the water and sky to look so blue. If you add his Realistic clouds then… you’ll have something else to appreciate from this historical site, and you might never want to leave…

Follower’s Gift: Fort Smith Office Building (Shell)

I was really pleased with how well this one turned out and thought other people might be able to use it as well.  This is an empty building (a community lot set as “No Visitors Allowed”) that could easily be turned into all kinds of lots, or simply used as hood decor.  I tried to decorate the yard so it would fit into just about any neighborhood but left it pretty plain – feel free to tear it apart however you want.  Lot size is 50x40.

Here is a list of tutorials from which I learn to convert/create sims 3 cc in a few months (and as a poor English speaker). I think it might help someone who also wants to try making things for sims 3 but doesn't know where to start, though it's been 15 years from the game release and even Inzoi is coming hahah.

The list covers objects, clothes, hairs and eyes. I know there're lots of tutorials not listed here, that's because I haven't tried them in my projects by hand. But The list will be updated with new things I learn. Most tutorials are in English. Thanks to all these creators for sharing their precious knowledge!
