And for trad goth makeup, it depends on how you define "trad goth". I collected CC and tips both for 80s trad goth looks and modern tiktok/insta trad goth makeup.

I'm assuming that you already have Nraas Master Controller Integration and turned on "Multiple Makeup Per Location", and also that you have custom sliders and 3D eyelashes. Because both are required for both type of looks. And of course, that you know how to use CASt and transparency slider for makeup.
There are not that much specifically "goth makeup" CC, so here are suggestions how to make "general" makeup CC read as goth.
(Generally) What to avoid in makeup CC for goth looks:
Here are types of CC that are either impossible or very hard to make look "trad goth":
Brows that looks like they have brow soap/gel on them.
Highlighters, especially "wet skin" like ones.
Blush on apple cheeks and/or nose.
Overly glossy lipsticks, both "jelly like" ones from 2010s and modern "lip oil" likes.
Blood makeup, corpsepaint, war paint and some types of alien markings. Goth makeup is often more "cleaner" and made by similar rules as regular/editorial one.
80s Trad Goth Makeup (example looks):

Makeup were less "professional" or polished than modern one. More common were blocky and angular shapes.
Goth makeup in the 80s were actually more colorful than many people are thinking now. Of course black, greys and white were a staples, but bright colors like pinks, blues, purples and reds were also used because they were more widely available in drugstores. Because special "goth" brands doesn't existed back then.
Separate makeup parts tips:
Eyebrows: CC used in pictures: 1 (I think Cara). 2 (Mamyrocker_LilyMunsterEyebrows_TAEU.zip), 3.
Tip: Pencil thin, shaved or bleached eyebrows were less common in the 80s than in the 90s-2000s or in modern looks. People mostly make more angular, theatrical, or sci-fi inspired eyebrow shapes. But many people outside of clubs just have their natural brows so you can use any "regular" brows CC.
Eyelashes: I used S-club eyelashes here.
Tip: Eyelash extensions were very rare in the 80s, mostly people just wore many layers of mascara, so make your 3D eyelashes (EA or CC) shorter with sliders or even wear 2D "mascaras" in eyeliners like ones Pralinesims on TSR made.
Eyeshadows: CC used - 1, 2, 3,
Other CC eyeshadows (not pictured) I also use a lot of old "heavy" eyeshadows by Gosik and Pralinesims on TSR. Lady Frontbum eyeshadows: 1, 2 are also good for more theatrical looks. Smokey looks are also appropriate, there are tons of smokey eyeshadows CC, but here is specifically "goth" ones: 1, 2, 3, 4.
Tip 1: Don't replace standard EA eyeshadows! I heavily used here eyeshadow/eyeliner combo from World Adventures and eyeshadow from Into the Future. I recommend downloading Eyeshadow texture fix.
Eyeliners: CC used: 1, 2, 3.
Other CC eyeliners (not pictured): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
Tip: it's hard to find specifically "goth" eyeliners, so you can just use World Adventures and Base Game smudged liner (and my CASP edit so they are visible with ATS3 Mask) and layer several different other liners. First layer liner like this or this or EA BG smudged one to fill the lash line. And then add any long and wide winged liner.
Face: CC used: 1 (1), 2, 3, 4, 5
Tip 1: White face paint in the 80s was very rare. People mostly just used lightest shade of powder/foundation available or DIYed white face paint themselves.
Tip 2: If you want to successfully use ATS3 mask for your goth makeup, open eyeshadows/eyeliners packages in S3PE, choose CASP resource, then press to βGridβ button, replace the numbers on OverlayPriority tab from whatever you have to 0x00000064 or 0x00000082.
Tip 3: Contouring cheekbones was a staple, both with blush or dark eyeshadows, but nose contouring was extremely rare. Also widely was used draping makeup technique (like in example 1).
Lipstick: CC used - 1, 2, 3
Other CC (not pictured): 1, 2, 3, 4
Tip: mostly was used matte or satin lipstick. Specifically black lipstick was rare, so people often mix red, purple or berry shades lipsticks with black eyeshadow
Modern Trad Goth Makeup (example looks):

Modern trad goth makeup is heavily influenced by general makeup artists and drag culture. So it's have more emphasis on perfect coverage, intricate shapes and clean lines than 80s one.
Colors except black, whites and dark reds are more rare in modern goth makeup., but they aren't forbidden.
Separate makeup parts tips:
Eyebrows: CC used in pictures: 1, 2, 3
Other CC (not pictured 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
Eyelashes: I used @sideshowsnob edit of @w0esies eyelashes.
Eyeshadow: Again, I mostly use Pralinesims eyeshadows here.
Eyeliner: CC used: 1, 2, 3.
Other CC (not pictured): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Tip: same tips as with 80s goth section, but modern trad goth almost always features more creative eyeliner shapes
Face: CC used - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
Other CC (not pictured): 1, 2 (Contour 1-6).
Tip: White base here is almost mandatory, so the same advice about editing OverlayPriority of eyeliners/eyeshadows applies here. But I forgot edit all of my makeup CC so only one look here is with white base lol.
Tip 2: both cheekbones and now nose contouring is very common, so use any that suits your sims faces.
Also very often in modern goth makeup used drawings on forehead/cheeks: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Lipstick: CC used: 1, 2 and some @smallsimmer lipsticks (can't remember which ones).
Other CC (not pictured): 1, 2 (use "darker" lip lacquers/lipsticks from here and pair with lipliners).
Tip: again, matte lipsticks are the most popular ones, but I also often see black/"vampy" lip tints being used and dark lipsticks/glosses paired with black lipliner.
