Note

I’ve tested the alarms in-game. The Burglar Alarm does have its sound and animation, although the positioning of the animation isn’t quite right. The Fire Alarm still works and successfully calls the firefighters when there’s a fire, but for some reason, its sound and animation aren’t showing up at the moment.

So, please keep that in mind when using this conversion! If anyone knows how to fix this, I’d be more than happy to hear your suggestions.

I was mostly interested in Macbooks, and set #2 in general, but decided to convert everything else. I don't care much about most of the pop celebrity stuff, but I know that many people in ts3 community loves them, and it may be useful for music stores or teen/student rooms.

TS3 meshes are by @martassimsbookcc, @kalethegrey, @aroundthesims, @aubeschild, @kandiraver-sims, @bioniczombie, @martassimsbook @aisquaredchoco and me: 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. Smooth and Suave Toiletries mesh is converted by me but @aisquaredchoco conversion is nearly identical so you can download mesh with original swatches there.

All stuff are deco except pouf (surface)

Most items are non-recolorable, except 2 rug presets and 3 tissue box presets

Standing vinyl records are split into several package files. Open Macbooks are split into Spotify and Pinterest files, and journal have 3 separate files with different "themes" (Campus, Composition book and Misc)

Most items are low poly (because it's EA/MM meshes) but Macbook Pro 13 (closed) is 847 poly 933 verts, Macbook Pro 2016 is 1919 poly 1964 verts, pillows are 2808 poly 1558 verts, blankets are 8,5-8,6k poly.

These are default texture replacements for only the foliage of the four TS3 treehouses, three from Generations and one from Town Life. I desaturated and yellowed the leaves in order to fit in better with my general "aesthetic" and the other similar plant defaults I've made and shared. So, if you like/have/use those defaults, you may be interested in these, too.

I based it on Neimssimsblog's DR harvestable apple tree, but ofc my tree is waaaay taller, to match the height of the climbing station.

This outfit looks great on paper, but it's difficult to find a form in certain EA jackets tbh... Basically that's it! I also edited the textures to have more depth, but that's about it!

This mod adds a genetic trait inheritance system to The Sims 3. When a baby is born, they have 50% chance (tunable) to inherit one eligible trait from either parent. Twins and triplets are processed individually, so each baby gets their own chance to inherit a trait.
