Our project is winding down and our socials are no longer regularly moderated. It is likely that if you have not received tracking information that this is due to a typo in the given email for your order or some other internal error and that the order is still on the move. If you still do not see your package after some time, you may email us at [email protected], but we must warn you that, as all packages have been shipped out and our final donation made, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for lost packages at this stage. We sincerely apologize if your package is lost in the mail and wish just as strongly as you that it reaches you, but have to ask for your patience as it is now out of our hands.

We’re so glad you’re interested in our zine. However, leftover sales have now closed and shipped and the project is winding down. This means that our shop is closed—you shouldn’t be able to access items in the shop whatsoever, so we’re unsure how you were able to get to this page. This seems to be a website mechanism to stop potential sales that slip through when the shop is meant to be closed. We apologize for the confusion! However, unfortunately, this means that zine products including digital zines are no longer available. In the event that we do a second volume, we may reopen digital sales of volume one.

We're so glad you're interested in our project. At this point, we are winding down the project and do not plan to reopen digital sales. However, if we were to create a second volume, it is possible we may reopen digital sales of volume 1 to help fund volume 2! Meanwhile, you may be able to find someone able to share their copy in the zine community.
Have all full bundle zines been shipped out? Usps says that my items haven't been handed off to them yet, even though a label has been created. It's been about a month since my last update on my package, and I'm getting kinda worried.

We totally understand your anxiety. Labels are created soon after your purchase, but that doesn’t mean it’s actually been shipped yet. Our shipping moderator does not have access to mail pick-up, so packages need to be dropped off in regular smaller batches. This means there may be a bit of a delay before things get moving—we sincerely apologize for the wait and thank you for your patience. Once all items have been shipped, we will make an announcement!
In the unlikely and unfortunate event of a lost package, we will do everything we can to try to help get it to you, but ask for your patience as our reach is somewhat limited once items are with the postal service. If you’re still not seeing movement some days after we announce shipping is completed, please reach out via email with your order number and we can check on it. We hope to get everything going soon!
