Let's start with the lyrics then get to the music video.

This line can reflect on many of Jen's friends breaking up and getting married.
"Strangers get bored and strangers get buried"
Life goes on and the cycle of life continues. From people getting bored and going on adventures to people getting buried after they've lived a life full of adventure.
"Help, I'm still at the restaurant still sitting in a corner I haunt cross-legged in the dim light"
Alright this is where we cross the territory of including the music video itself with the lyrics. In the music video itself we can see Jen sitting across a man who a lot of people assume to resemble Michael Jackson. It's where he supposedly left her, at the table in a corner at (possibly) their favorite restaurant.
"They say, "What a sad sight" I, I swear you could hear a hair pin drop right when I felt the moment stop glass shattered on the white cloth"
In the music video we can see where the so called "moment" that had stopped was jackson's death. Every else surrounding them were going on about how tragic and unexpected his death was. The shatter glass could have been from anyone from Jen to anyone else in the restaurant when hearing the shocking news and when said news broke everyone went silent then in started the chatter.
"Everybody moved on, I, I stayed there dust collected on my pinned-up hair they expected me to find somewhere some perspective, but I sat and stared"
Of course after some time has passed when it's announced that a celebrity has unfortunately died everyone moves on seemingly forgetting all about it but Jen stayed there and sat in the shock for so long that her hair started collecting dust while everyone around her excepted her to move on as well, maybe find some perspective on moving forward or whatever it may be that they want from her but with all of the shock and trauma from losing someone she once loved was so overwhelming she stayed and stared possibly wondering if what just happened was even real.
"Right where you left me you left me no, you left me no you left me no choice but to stay here forever you left me, you left me no, you left me no"
Right where he left her feeling that he gave her no choice but to stay there "haunting the corner of the restaurant" forever maybe even until she passes herself. It's worth noting that sometimes when she plays this song at some part during the chorus she changes one of the you to he stating that he left me there with no choice but to stay there forever.
"Did you ever hear about the girl who got frozen? Time went on for everybody else she won't know it, she's still twenty-three inside her fantasy how it was supposed to be did you hear about the girl who lives in delusion?"
In this part we can hear what others are saying about her. How she got frozen in that time forever however Jen was only 16 when Jackson passed. So why's she mentioning 23 for? Well when she was 23 she was basking in the glory of the success from her eighth solo album you know my name, in a relationship with bassist Dee Dee Ramone of the Ramones with their new daughter Sarah. But that joy would soon come crashing when a lawsuit from ex-husband Jimmy Page's label Swan Song records almost left the artist bankrupt and having to move out of her home and forced to sell it to pay off the suit. Going based off how the line describes her living in a perfect world in her head they may think she's still in the early months of 2016. It's worth noting that later of 2016 Jen was seen with Paris Jackson (Michael's daughter) out and about getting lunch and talking. She may have been trying to find some closure between the two of them after Connor divorced Jackson's father.
"Breakups happen every day, you don't have to lose it"
In this case it's not just a breakup for her it's also losing Michael all over again. So the grievance of the relationship is doubled since as said by Connor herself "never grieved for him after he died".
"And you're sitting in front of me at the restaurant when I was still the one you want"
In the music video we get thrown back to the night where Jackson dies. Her saying when she was still the one that he wanted she could also mean it as in the one reason besides his kids that he stayed alive. As for their off camera relationship she was the one that broke off the relationship so the line could also be reversed to be from jackson's perspective on the night they broke up.
"Cross-legged in the dim light everything was just right I, I could feel the mascara run you told me that you met someone"
Everything was going right until he met someone...or so you'd think judging by the line when in actuality as seen in the music video he tells her he's leaving (dying) and possibly telling her that she needs to move on just like everyone else. So when he says I met someone else he really means I'm dying, I need to go and you need to move on. That's just a theory about what the line may mean judging by the music video but.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
"Help, I'm still at the restaurant still sitting in a corner I haunt"
Now in this part of the video when we get to this line it seems she's having a panic attack and then goes running over to the members of the Byrds trying to get their attention and get reassurance that everything will be okay even after he's gone.
"I'm sure that you got a wife out there kids and Christmas, but I'm unaware cause I'm right where"
Jen's actually very aware of Jackson's kids. As for a wife? Jackson himself hasn't been married since their divorce although he has been rumored to dated a few women here and there.
"Cause I'm right where I cause no harm mind my business"
Of course throughout the relationship Jen was more as some people would probably put it "tame" and more classy along with always being highly cautious of anything she would say in front of his family as others had noted.
"If our love died young I can't bear witness and it's been so long but if you ever think you got it wrong I'm right where you left me"
Here she's possibly admitting her regret on ending the relationship so early on but since it's been so long she may fear he thinks it was the right idea after all. In the end she's still right where he left her sitting in the corner of the restaurant shocked from the news that he gave her and feeling like she has no choice but to stay there forever.
