If you see the Deputy Minister, do your best to get close to him but don’t let on you know who he is. I’m sending Fawkes with you-if you locate Ibis, Fawkes will return to me at once and we will be sending back-up as quickly as possible. Do not engage in spells with the Minister unless it’s absolutely necessary, in which case, only use defensive magic in an attempt to apprehend him. You didn’t hear it from me but Earle has always favored his right side.

Fawkes is at the beginning of his life cycle, please do your best not to rush it forward. In the interest of discretion, I’ll be teaching both of you a glamour spell that makes Fawkes look like a barn owl with a broken wing. It makes him a bit cranky, but he’ll suck it up if you’ve got a few spare biscuits. 

Our goal in this is, of course, the safe return of the Deputy Minister, but if that isn’t possible, I hope this venture to Wales results in some information that can lead us to him.

There’s an unconfirmed sighting of Richard Ibis in Cardiff, Wales. As it’s a major port city, I’d like to have someone over there as quickly as possible to see if they can track him down.

A  village in Scotland has recently been plagued by what we’re assuming is a rather young Werewolf. The creature hasn’t done any damage that a few memory reversal charms can’t fix, but we’re worried that if the wolf isn’t stopped soon, we’ll have a bigger problem on our hands. 

In terms of our cause, Voldemort is known for going after creatures such as this, particularly those in a vulnerable state. If the Deatheaters reach the werewolf first it does not mean good things for us. If the Aurors apprehend the creature on official ministry business, then the standard procedure will be implemented, complete with Mungo’s quarantine. Previously, we know these rather barbaric tactics have lead Werewolves down the path to darkness, and if at all possible, we’d like to avoid that happening again.

After speaking to Mr. Crouch and Mr. Moody, they’ve agreed to hold off apprehension of the creature until two days before the next full moon, at which time they will take action for the protection of the village. I need two or three of you to find the Werewolf, who currently is not transformed, and convince them to join our cause. We can provide protection and potions, and will never use their transformation for nefarious purposes like Voldemort’s side does. Those of you with skills in both tracking and compassion will be invaluable on this mission, who will take on this request?

In order to ‘protect’ the magical population more effectively, the ministry has decided to start registering blood status. While well intentioned, I believe this may have the potential to be very dangerous to those among us of muggle parentage, should this register fall into the wrong hands or this measure become corrupted. We must do our best to learn and ensure this new measure is only used for the protection and not the discrimination of muggleborn witches and wizards. 

Please keep the Weasley family in your thoughts, and remember that this is what we are fighting against. He was found with the words blood traitor carved into his chest and the dark mark was hovering above the pitch he was found in. 

The Ministry will be working this investigation, I am certain that Crouch would like to save face for his department, as the whole world will be watching them.

Horace, or I guess, professor Slughorn to you, has been not so discreetly hinting that a visit from you would lift his spirits. Having him in the Order’s good graces can only help us, my dear, and I’m sure he’ll spoil you with something upon your visit.

Please keep him in your mind, and be welcoming to Tasha and their daughter Nessa in this difficult time. 

We will be letting the Aurors do their jobs on this one, but members who find themselves in the ministry need to be on high alert and help us stay on top of this case as well.

I do hope I’m using that phrase properly, but it seems we’ve been able to secure a moment of the Minister of France’s time, and my French is a little rusty.

We have a suspect in the attack on Marlene, and before we share this information with the Aurory we need to be certain, I would like you to tail an Amycus Carrow, he was last seen on Knockturn Alley, and my sources have reason to believe that he has taken up residence there. 

Their newspapers are reporting possible foul play due to her father’s political leanings, but our sources tell us otherwise.

Her favorite color is blue and she loves horses and something called Scooby-Doo, which we are led to believe is a muggle television (radio with pictures) program about a magical dog and his teenage friends who fight crime.

Ladies, Hags, Gentlemen and Trolls I fear the Deatheaters are finally retaining some brain power and have begun to recognize a few among our ranks. I have had Professor Slughorn whip us up a very vast supply of Polyjuce Potion after I sundered an entire case of crystallized Pineapple and hinted at a visit from you, Ms. firecrxcker, if you could be so kind as to follow up on that visit, I’m sure Horace would complain quite less regarding favors we need in the future.
