Fun fact: if you have ADHD and you suffer from the nearly constant “feel like I’m forgetting something” feeling, it’s not always because you left the house without something important. Because our brains jump topics so fast, there’s often a topic in your mind that you didn’t get to finish thinking through before you got distracted by something else, so you feel like you’re missing something but by the time you do, you’ve usually forgotten what it is. So don’t think you’ve always forgotten your keys at home when you get that nagging incomplete feeling.

i hate the quote “we never lose friends, we learn who our true ones are” or something like that
that’s bullshit
people change, people grow apart, they grow out of things and relationships, they leave, fight or simply stop talking. it doesn’t mean what you had wasn’t real, it just means that it’s over. you’ll always have those memories to hold on to.
your honor, in my defense: who cares like omfggggggggg who cares???????????? like. come On

I just can’t believe we’re expected to interact with people normally after the past two years as if my sanity hasn’t cracked like a fucking glow stick

“Be confused, it’s where you begin to learn new things. Be broken, it’s where you begin to heal. Be frustrated, it’s where you start to make more authentic decisions. Be sad, because if we are brave enough we can hear our heart’s wisdom through it. Be whatever you are right now. No more hiding. You are worthy, always.”

Sorry to be an ugly fun-killer but in light of the recent Invasion I urge you all to be mindful of the things you reblog and the memes that you repost. Please remember that behind every "world war 3 lmao" post there is a reality where real people are going to be displaced from their homes and are going to lose their lives.
Before you laugh at that tweet that talks about the draft or whatever ask yourself: are you laughing because it's funny? or are you laughing because you're safe and comfortable in the West and it's not a direct problem for you?
Hi, guys!
As you may know, I am Ukrainian. I live in Kyiv. I have lived here since I was born and I love my country with my whole heart.
I see a lot of misinformation under the tag "Ukraine". Most of it comes from American people, who try to explain the conflict in their own words. They can't. It's impossible to explain if you haven't lived here. There are too many influences on this conflict. You keep looking from an american perspective, which is not crucial in understanding the conflict.
For example, have you ever had you language forbidden? Like straight up forbidden by the law? It happened to Ukrainian language a lot of times thought our history. And who did it? The Russian Empire. And it's not the end of it. The genocides, the assimilation, the deportation. Have you even researched Ukrainian history?
You do not uplift Ukrainian voices enough. And you should if you care about what's happening. If you don’t do it, you're just doing a performance of your support and activism.
Lucky for you, I am a Ukrainian person! And I am DYING TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. I scored 191/200 points on my graduation exam in history, so you can suppose I know something about Ukrainian history.
If you stand for Ukraine, uplift Ukrainian voices. Educate yourself. Learn Ukrainian history. Ask Ukrainian people
